0.2tokenfactory this enables d gen clanker higher anon pairings erc 20 votes change which which address gets rewards that's really cool configurable fee splits 3 ways allow listed addresses to deploy backs batch t n t x transactions and burnable still need dev work for this on the ui ai shout out young weekend so this is really cool can we like go through a few of these features and like what is is everything right now in place or are you still working on a few pieces of this like the system back in the back end but not in the front end yet
so it's on the contract level right now okay yeah no this is actually be great because i feel like a lot of people have been asking questions about this so it'd be great just to kinda walk walk through this so yeah all of this these are all live on the v two contracts right now but yeah currently the only aspect that's live on token bot right now is is the d ten pairing okay we have the logic in the back end now for the clinker higher and the non pairings so all i have to do is i was just kinda configuring the just the the veeam calls on the back end to make sure that it deploys correctly and also doing some prompt engineering so so token bot can you know kind of decipher which pairing there is there so yeah that that's they'll be live today i think the other big thing there was the let's see the so the configurable reward splits yep so oh yeah erc 20 votes so people in the future let's say like whether it's like governance voting maybe there's there's some side of some sort of delegation all the the the quaker token sau will be configurable to use in different voting mechanisms so people can kinda like go crazy with it and excited to see some use cases there the changing which addresses get rewards so this was a feature that we had on v one but you had to manually input a different address every time to claim

so this will be it'll it's almost like like like let's say you know maybe there's a project that wants to set up a a multisig and we wanna verify or people that buy it wanna verify that that that the future rewards will always be sent to that address that's the method that we can so we can do it there it's kind of it's it's it's basically making it more transparent for the the fee claimers or the you know where wherever people are looking to see where the fees are going to ensure that those fees go directly to that address there
because you also had some people like i know there was a few different times where people were giving back those fees to their community things like that so this is a way that people could verify that's what's happening like oh you're giving you know whatever you're saying you're putting it that's where it's actually going so yeah that's pretty cool
yeah we're trying to move to kinda like the don't trust verify method where you know don't take the token creditors word for it actually look at the contract and and see it for yourself and then i think the the other one was the the the fee yeah the the three way splits here for the configurable fees so this we've had a lot of projects building out different uis different methods to deploy tokens a lot of different token bots like the call to call to clank and you know i think they're all they're all awesome but we wanna reward those those creators as well and the projects that are building on top of clanker so this enables us to basically designate a split on our side so we'll be able to reward the the platforms that use clanker to give them give them the rewards there and yeah so we're excited
for this like for like clankr dot fun or something like that you can do a different kind of split where that platform's getting a piece of it as well and and exactly okay that makes a lot of sense for sustainability for their for their sites
exactly so yeah we there's a couple of things that
i have to do still on
the back end aspect and kind of setting it up but we're getting really close to that i've i another thing that i'm working on is an api for for all of the the builders that are working with glinker and i know that's been a a big item so we're i'm trying to get that out as as soon as possible and yeah i think oh and then
the last 2 were allow list addresses so what what does that look like and then burn them
yes so this goes for it's it's kinda related to the configurable fees for the three way splits okay for example we're working with i don't know if i'm supposed to say this it might be some alpha but we're working with nayanar on having just the ability to deploy a token through nayanar

so this this allows this this allows that there's a nayanar account that can deploy tokens on behalf to the clinker factory and yeah we're we're excited for that i think there's
that's interesting that could unlock a lot of different cool things so that's cool

and then burnable will be something that can be built in to like to when somebody's
mint like how will that work like what's the burnable aspect to it
sure yeah so before you could just send the the tokens to a null address and right basically like get rid of them take them out of the supply now you can actually burn them burn them and decrease the supply which is pretty cool so kind of that that scarcity aspect will really play into account there so yeah we're just gonna see
what we're gonna do that you would set that up when you set up the clinker or is it something that will just be built into the interface
this will be a method that token holders can call themselves so let's say you know they just wanna like throw away burn some cash or or whatever they wanna do with it just kinda enabling that we're we're really working towards that erc 20 like the super chain kind of just their their schema there okay so i think it just became ready but before we released the few two contracts it was like still in development but i think we're really excited for what you know the the optimism team especially the uniswap team with uniswap v 4 coming out i think that we're really kind of in a in a phase right now where where we're kind of we built it and we're seeing so many you know really good feedback coming in from the community whether it's you know i know the biggest thing is sniping right a lot of people don't you know don't like the snipers yeah yeah you know it's it's we've we've been talking to a lot of really smart people a lot smarter than me about how to solve this and there's not a totally transparent way to do it i think the party method is interesting you know i think there's pros and cons about each type type of different way similar to building a house right like yeah it's like you ask a different builder how to how to build a wall ask a 100 builders they'll all give you a 100 different ways to do it so you know kinda just like figuring out what works for us and and kinda going through that but i think like you know working with an l two is very interesting too right where it's like it's you know super cheap gas so we have to worry about you know mev in public rent pools and and things like that so it's yeah it's it's fascinating but i'm i'm you know we're all excited to be you know working through it and and building just try yeah just try to mess around and see what sticks

yeah so let's see i've been kinda doing startups it's like the the founding engineer like just very early 0 to 1 prototyping for like the past 5 years since once i i graduated college in 2019 and i did the corporate stint i was doing kinda like the rewards program for altria doing marlboro rewards things like that and just building the website out and then i did i actually this is kinda relevant i did previous to this what related to clanker kind of maybe it kinda gave the foundation of ai i was building a a call triage or basically like for home repair services like let's say like your washing machine broke there would be like a repair technician we'd partner with like companies like sears to kinda triage like pre appointment to like get the make model serial number maybe the part to identify the part that the technician would need to come to your to bring to your house to to avoid that second trip so yeah kinda just like dabbling with like like a little bit of ai that was kind of one fun job that i had but before that i was also building a decentralized social media named it was it was capsule social we built blockchain

on ipfs and near protocol this was like 2021 this was like my first start of like like blockchain
farcaster before it was before there was farcaster
we we actually it was it was like a i wouldn't i'm not gonna say it's a rival because we just didn't have it was like a mirror mixed with twitter or like a substack so we were like competing against like farcaster mirror we ended up just running out of money but i think like i think dan actually blocked me on twitter because like we i think i like i said something probably dumb to him or like was trying to be put in on twitter like early days and so he still has me blocked on twitter

the best part let's see i think honestly just like i'd say like just working with alex has been great he's a really just genuinely good person he donated to my cousin's kid that has you know his childhood cancer he's good now we have to have to report that you know after a year at saint jude's he's he's a lot better he's grown his hair back he's cancer free you know knock on wood think awesome the heavens and all that but yeah he he was i i don't know if he told i watched the last one that he was on but he donated to this auction and this it was like a gofundme on chain and he won this auction that i was putting on so i took him out on my my boat i'm a big boater in the summer and he kinda trusts like a random you know a random guy to take him on his boat

think there's something i just really wanna i wanna highlight that for a second there's something very special within farcaster just you you can see that by the number of people who have met their cofounders or team members or whatever on farcaster and then you know launch something that's that's gone on to become successful in part of the farcaster culture i think there's just something really special there and we see that over and over and over again i love that story that it was just like you know he donated his thing he won an auction gets on a boat and the next thing you know you guys are building this this huge thing like that's just so cool
it's great and then even like you know the the friends that i've made before clanker they're all like you know they're all super supportive and like hey you know like i can't believe last time i saw you it was pre clanker and now that it's kinda gained momentum no they're all they're all super supportive and i think it's so awesome like everyone here is super smart and everyone's trying to like lift each other up and you know i i think that there's a lot of you know kinda like there can be kinda like drama or like competition but but i think at the end of the day like we're all working towards the same goal of like

self self custody and i think like it can all get lost you know like you know between the lines and things like that but i like i really think that like we're more brains working on the same project problem it just makes for better outcomes like we have to remember that we're all on the same team so
yeah i think it just lifts everybody up like the more even a little bit of competition like something like larry and df coming in with that it's gonna make you know what he's seeing as maybe things that aren't working well and trying to solve those problems like that can give you inspiration and and i so i think there's all these interweaving of of things that doesn't have to be competitive it's like more than one person can win right totally it doesn't yeah it's an abundance mindset versus scarcity mindset so yeah
