very purple so today we are gonna be launching here for the art which is our new series with farcaster focused artists so those who we we know and love from from the ecosystem and so we'll be doing a drop with max jackson later today we're gonna reveal it at our virtual meetup to our wow wow and mole subscribers as well as some special guests who we love from our chat our regular chatters and really excited really excited to reveal all that and then monday we will share more but you'll see the episode from max going either later today or tomorrow the drop will go later today and really excited to reveal all that because we've been working hard on it and then we also have so next month our artist is chris corella the month after that is gonna be a special piece by chris co created for our far con event and i'm really excited about that and then i think i can reveal this now for june i just secured renee campbell who is the artist that i showed earlier this week and i gave away her bronzed piece and super excited that she is willing to work with us on this so really fun really exciting and yeah so we're feeling very here for the art today

we have more to reveal but we're gonna reveal that monday but we're we're also gonna be dropping some other alpha in our virtual meetup so if you're coming to that we'll see you in about 25 minutes and i'm very excited but before that let's talk about some fun things here we've got some big old news yesterday this was some big big news zuora has integrated erc 20 minuteing on zuora so creators can choose which token to accept as payments earn stable coins memecoins and tokens live on zuora network base optimism arbitrum blast and eth mainnet and what does that mean like what does that mean you ask well it means hello you can now set your mints in dgen enjoy so just to clarify that's what that means so it's very exciting yeah what do you think

because when they integrated uniswap i don't know if you guys remember that it must have been like a month ago zuora announced that they were integrating uniswap and that is the only reason that made sense that you would do something like that so that you could have that swap happening behind the scenes because but there's still like you know i've seen some feedback already that in and i'm sure this will come that it would be great if you could accept multiple different kind of currencies on the front end and the back end like you could say hey you can pay for this and this this this this and then on the back end i can choose i want to be paid out in degen or i want to be paid out in eth and right now it's the you know if you're setting it to be paid in degen you're the creator is gonna be paid in degen so or eth and eth and you know so that's i think will be the next iteration but yeah i figured when when they did integrate that that that was what's was coming next so exciting exciting exciting and i've already seen some mints happening in all kinds of currencies including degen but also nogs coin which is a fairly new it's been in development for a while but it's a it's a nogs based token for people who are voting and things like that and so i saw somebody do a mint in nogs i think i saw another one in sendit i'm sure there'll be some in higher oh i think there was one in higher so all these different coins that you see these meme coins that pop up you can now create nfts that will accept that so that's pretty cool kind of exciting

so i was try so yesterday and i really should have pulled something up for this but yesterday in my class i had them looking at nfts and i was just like pick at like here's zuora here's highlight i was gonna use manifold too but they didn't have a good explore page so i skipped that one and i said just find i want you within groups to find an nft you think is interesting and what was really funny is they kept pulling up stuff from people we know and one of them they pulled up was like the iguana and i was like oh and they're like but the artist is anonymous and i'm like not really like his name is dan

he's a lovely guy he was really the

it was really funny to see that yeah the the ones they were pulling up

was one that was all ham and i'm like okay

don't know where to start with this and then like you know somebody pulled up higher one of the you know memes one of the meme you know nfts from higher and i'm like okay and then yeah it just went on from there but it was pretty funny to see there was also that one i don't know if you remember that piece that was by jan and it was the reply guys piece so it's everyone's pfp but in jan's style so it's really funny because it's i know half the people you know it was like toady and symbiotech it's like oh my friends like that's the piece with all my friends

it was just really it was really funny it was really funny to see like what resonated with them and what they pulled up and then

i know that artist i know this person i know you know it was really it was a lot of fun but it was yeah but then explaining some of it was not but anyway moving on

it's book related i'll just say that so next week next week but it is fun so anyway moving on so dan and varun have been like on vacation i've been like are you guys okay and i was like oh but varun did cast something i was like yay okay so this was really really interesting to see and this was kind of the intention of the power badge power badges are much easier for new accounts to get 100 of badges went to users with less than 400 followers which was the cutoff for the old active badge if you are active posting interesting content and are respectful of public spaces i think that's important you'll get your power badge much sooner than the active badge and this was a comment to this post by akshan yes i think i'm saying that right now that i say it out loud it's probably action yeah action posting bangers will earn you a power badge even if you don't have a large following of the 3.8 k of power badge holders many are folks who did not meet the follow requirements of the old active badge and we can see that from the chart and that's was the intention so it's good to see that that's actually happening so it's not about how many followers you have remember you're good enough you're smart enough and gosh darn it people like you so just the usual usual notes from adrianne

so and then one more note from varun here warpcast never forget your scroll position when navigating tap into and out of feeds and land in the same position you left from h t two fran's warning for the fix on web and i have noticed that it does do that which is very helpful especially if you're jumping around to a million different things so very appreciative of that feature i want to mention this is really cool for those of you who are and i should probably follow this those of you who are

into daos and voting and and things like that this is a fairly new integration that allows you to vote in frame and it notifies you when there's a vote and that's the piece that i think is amazing and it's super easy so you can set it so that if you hold a particular nft you are able to vote in this poll only and it will notify and say hey there's a vote available for you go in and vote and this one in particular is in regards to dejennao and the haberdashery and there's a sell proposal that is up and this is the vote for that there was also another one yesterday about bracket game and whether to donate some degen to so this is just a really cool i see this being a huge unlock for daos and for any kind of on chain community that's looking to do votes really you don't even have to be a dao but being able to token gate it so for example if we were like hey we want you all to vote on something and i already have an idea about that and you hold a wow wow or you hold one of our episodes even you'll be able to do that very easily in a frame and we can set that up like a couple clicks

so i've already voted on this but i will show you how it works i think it'll let me but i think it will tell me i've already voted it should so yep so it says you already voted so it won't let you vote if you haven't voted yet it'll come up with a little like yay you voted happy sign happy green one but it tells you if you've already voted so that's pretty cool and it's like boom boom 2 clicks and you're done

the vibes change a lot i mean that's you know life has changed right so you can either mope about it or you know find the good parts of it and i think there's a lot of good parts to to have i think if if for those who might yes the the spam is difficult but it's getting way better first you know number 1 and then you also have a lot of incredible people who've you know are gonna be able to sustain whole businesses because they earn money on a meme coin that they got because they were on farcaster and you know which maybe may or may not be some of the people in this firm so there's there's a whole bunch of good that comes out of it if you look beyond like some of the not so great the spamminess of it but i think we've i think there's some big unlocks and then i think it'll continue to evolve and change and and when it gets too unbearable you know adjustments will be made so

and that's okay and we just have to adjust and also you and i have talked about this a few times the abundance mindset thing so i can leave my abundance mindset behind every once in a while because i see other people coming in who might be trying to tread on what i consider my territory or something stupid like that and i think we all get into that headspace every once in a while and you have to just remind yourself that no no it doesn't matter and it's and if we continue to think about it in a collaborative way and continue to think about this little space like an incubator it's still tiny in comparison to a lot of other things so lean into that and just continue to like find those moments of that of that oldness you know that old f c is still y c you know what i mean yeah we gotta just
