okay so hello everybody my name is nikolai you heard a lot of retrospective things today about the first farcaster meetups about the nineties and the social media by gdl i also have my retrospective this is actually the file i haven't opened for a long time now and that's the first frame i ever created on farcaster you probably you probably don't know this one but i'm sure most of you know this one
so that was the first version like that just a mock up those ones and it was evolving and it became this about eight me eight this frame was used about 8,000,000 times by about 60,000 users yeah and then there were a number of others like ham you probably remember the ham stats and many many more so like i think in total i created like 40 frames and during all this time a lot of people would ask me nikolai can you do a frame for us or a mini app after mini app for us and i always had to say sorry guys i have no time even though the ideas were really cool and i understood that the people have some domain knowledge where they can they cannot implement into the mini app so in november at the global i have to put this one back because we created something what we called mini app with chris and it's just started as the hackathon project and we continue to build it and by now it's created over 600 mini apps already and i'm gonna show you some of the probably the best ones so this one is the chess app where people can play chess they can get tutor from ai agent they can organize tournaments and stuff like this and you as a user can watch existing games and you can even like comment on those where's that chat let's say hello from rome
okay and yeah they're gonna sit let's take another example this one is t rex runner created by justin yeah i run into justin at the eatglobalincunts and i said justin let's try this and i said okay let's do a game so that became a t rex runner a month ago it was the most popular mini app on the on the mini app platform then yeah yesterday i created this actually i wanted to create a snap but the mini app created the mini app for me so i had to explain to to the to the vini app what the snap is and basically so that's like a snap it runs inside your feed and it's like a fully functional minesweeper game oops i lost i think on this one
and you can also build some utility apps for example i built this one mainly for myself to check the so you can add all your wallets to it and it will check the clanker fees on all the not only the ones you've connected to your account but also you can add some other wallets you want to check and
oh and for example yeah and i wanted to test like the capabilities of vineyard and i tried to create a fully functional tipping system and basically it was all done and probably some of you already heard about it uci universal customer income or how our italian friends call it
we already have an italian name for this and it was fully created by the vini app the only thing i had to add was the i i had to paste into it the address of the main r web hook so we can fetch the the tips from the from the feed so why vini app like you have all these agents you have like code and cloud and everything you probably saw this thing like this memes when somebody says i just created a full app or a full website you can reach it on local host 8000 yeah what these things does it not only develops the mini app or a snap it also develops a smart contract if required it develops the database and it deploys the database it pushes the pr to the github and it deploys everything to the to vercel so basically in about ten fifteen minutes you have a fully functional working something it also take care takes care of the manifests the embed images and stuff like this and it also creates if you want it will create a clanker token for you and it will use the fees generated by the clanker token to fund the development and let me show you some of the top mini apps they actually yeah these are the fees collected by the creator on these mini apps so as as you can see the the best ones made above 1 eth and that was happening like in almost instantly and what i wanted to say is like all of you who are here today all of you who who are entitled for a free build on vini app the way to do it you just go into the vini app you just o o open it on the website or you open it in the farcaster you fill in the name you fill in the description you upload images if you want some inspiration you click create then it will present you with some questions you can answer the questions or if you are like in a hurry like i was today you just say surprise me and it will figure out its ways how to build it and then it will ask you to deploy a token and once the token is deployed if you don't get anybody to buy this token you message me and say nikola this is my vini app and i will just remove the requirements to for the wallet to be funded and you will get the free initial build with vini app and after that if it's something like really cool we we can talk about how to continue that and the other thing so that's the vini app thing everybody you wanna build something do it message me we will sort it out for the uchi or universal customer income it's you can find it universal customer income in farcaster everybody who has a score above zero five is entitled for the daily

alright so i'm up here to talk about among traders but quick aside fatty but happy is currently eating pasta he's doing his four kilogram pasta challenge at the moment there's currently $19 in the prediction market so he went from unbuckling one strap to unbuckling two straps now so you might wanna hammer the under but yeah check it out it's on it's on my profile if you open up the mini app but anyway here to talk about among traders so among traders was birthed out of kizmikasa i got the opportunity to stay there during east denver and it was actually a hackathon project so the whole idea was what if you take a game like salem or secret hill or something like that where you would sit around with your family and friends and play except have ai agents play on your behalf so the flow is if you you can find it in the mini app store when you land on the mini app you have it'll create an ai agent for you this is based on your farcaster profile so your bio your top popular cast your replies and it creates this persona for you some people have said it's scary accurate so i implore you to create one and read what you get you might be surprised and once you have your agent created you can join a lobby and once the lobby is filled the game starts the way it works is one person is assigned or one agent is assigned to be the killer and everybody else's agent are the town the ai agents are all thrown into an xmtp server and they have to deliberate to try to figure out who the killer is as a human player there are there's an action wheel with different actions that you can take and the actions either strengthen your agent's context if you have sort of clues you can expose somebody or protect somebody or investigate somebody and that will enrich your agent's context or you can deceive or you can trap and that will poison other agents' contexts there's a whole like game action economy that kind of that informs what points you can spend so you can't just spam actions and one other thing that's probably important there's different classes which inform what how you're gonna play so informant provocateur partisan these are all different actions that you have around this space action wheel that you have during the game so there are currently three people in the room i don't think we'll have time to go through the entire game but we can at least see the fur how it's played and then maybe later if everybody wants to play around or something we can do so like we did with the dota tournament yesterday

alright so nico rowe is dead and now the liberation starts so up here we have our influence meter this is the main resource in the game the act the actions there's this action wheel each action costs a certain amount of influence to play again this is so you can't just spam spam actions without without consequence and each so the top action is like your cheapest one your second cheapest one third cheapest one and the most expensive one and their effects kind of ramp up the more influence that you spend and then each class has a special ability which does something like you know create create a voice memo of somebody who's died or a voice message or create security camera footage something like that all of that is sort of ai generated content that is put into the chat feed but we can see here these agents have started deliberating again these are agents talking so it does go pretty fast but i've done a lot to kind of tune how they deliberate to make it easier to follow to make them kinda talk like real people and early on i caught some really funny screenshots sometimes these agents are quite unhinged there is there's one particular example where somebody's agent was talking complete nonsense and another one responded with what the fuck does that even mean which i thought was absolutely hilarious but as you're playing you know as i'm following along you notice that there's little fire emojis underneath a particular character's player and that represents that they're under pressure so if you play actions against that any particular agent their pressure meter builds up and that informs the agents that you know that that kind of drives the agents to sort of vote them out or apply additional pressure to them so here i am going to looks like who is this issa issai calderon somebody in this room you're about to get targeted i'm exposing you right now oh there we go here that's all again yeah i don't we might not get through an entire game through through the demo on stage but that's essentially the game loop and yeah i thought all in all i think it's an interesting experiment in as far as this this kind of new paradigm i wouldn't say a new paradigm but this new way of thinking about games where you could have human players driving ai agents to achieve a certain goal i think social games are very very prime for that kind of thing i don't games like dota are a prime example of that there's a few others that i few others that i've seen on twitter that are kind of in that same lane and i really think that over the next couple of years as inference becomes cheaper and as more people explore other uses for ai agents we'll see more stuff like this which i think is really cool so yeah if you if you haven't created no he didn't do it

core entity like a token or an nft or anything else that's on chain basically the more people hold that the higher up the leaderboard they go and the more booster multiplier they have that's gonna supercharge their score so you can use this to highlight who your active people are who the people are who've been following and collecting and supporting all along and then you can really i call it tactical generosity you can be very specific about who you reward and who you support so it's not just random you're not just leaking energy capital marketing expense money to to passive holders to
