Time and attention are your scarcest resources (esp when IRL) and hundreds of you chose to spend them in one city, together, over the last four+ days. Feeling really grateful for the time we spent together, bullish on the builders in this eco, and excited for what we ship/break next. gm, the waitlist is moving! 🙂 As a reminder, every allowlisted attendee gets 2 weeks to claim their ticket and a reminder email when they are nearing the end of their claim period. We have a *loooong* waitlist and turn the tickets around immediately once they become available. Consider this a sign to double check you have your ticket before we give it away 👀 There are no exceptions, I love you.

If the delta between expectation and reality either = joy (positive) or disappointment (negative), then spending time IRL with Farcasters nearly guarantees joy at this point: - So much f*cking alpha in the room - Default questions are "how can I help?" and "can you tell me more?" - High concentration of founder mode + builder energy - Always feels like a team sport, even when we compete or disagree with each other - Not awkward meeting new people because there are max 2 degrees of separation between any two people, even as the user base scales ...onwards 🫶

First batch of allowlisted wallets have gone out tonight ✨. If you were one of them, you should have an email from us with a link to claim. We are working very hard to turn applications around as quickly as possible (approving in daily batches), so please don't feel discouraged if you did not receive an email tonight! Over the next two weeks we are juggling deposits for multiple venues, executing contracts with our vendors, finalizing partnerships and payments with sponsors, and allowlisting attendees on @unlock-protocol across two separate events (Summit and Builders Day).
