Yesterday, as part of our Creator-Fi Accelerator, we challenged our cohort to a content hackathon. No fluff. No busywork. Just real creation, real engagement, real play. 24 creators showed up and cooked. They posted, engaged, supported one another, practiced in public, and leaned into the tools. Thanks to a generous $EXTRACREDIT donation from @nounishprof, we distributed $350 in rewards across the cohort. What stood out most wasn’t just the output, it was the energy: creators experimenting, supporting peers without shilling, and treating creation as play, not pressure. This is what creating onchain unlocks: direct rewards for participation, value flowing to creators not platforms, community as the growth engine, and creativity without the grind. I’m joining the CityKids Foundation as part-time Director of Emerging Tech & Digital Programs. I’ve loved advising this team for years, and now I’ll help lead the strategy for a vision that belongs onchain: CityKids Speak on Liberty , Keith Haring’s largest work, created with 1,000 kids in the 80s. 90 feet tall. A living, breathing work of Artivism. Known as the people’s masterpiece, it has toured the U.S. and once stood behind Paul McCartney at the Super Bowl. We’ve recently uncovered a vault of never-before-seen footage of Keith and the kids creating the banner, now being developed into a documentary for the 2026 festival circuit. I’m beginning conversations with marketplaces, chains, funders, partners, and auction houses. Let’s chat!
