Happy to announce that $TRAITORS is live, powered by @clanker! I’m iterating and shipping on Among Traitors faster than any mini app I’ve built thus far, thanks to all the great feedback and game data I’ve gotten so far. This iteration is very much a culmination of a lot of the things I’ve learned thus far. The game no longer relies on USDC for in app purchases, rather $TRAITORS powers the in game economy. You can stake your tokens in the mini app, that staked balance acts as your in game points for paid lobbies and prediction markets. Stake once and play. When you win, your staked balance goes up. If you lose it goes down. This is an attempt to make playing and earning as seamless as possible and makes things like participating in prediction markets with snaps super simple and smooth. As long as you have more than the lobby or prediction market minimum staked, you can join. If you have 2M+ tokens staked, you get access to pro features, which at the moment gives you the ability to use any class, but more pro features will be made available in the future All stakers receive a portion of LP fees generated. Fees are claimed directly to the Among Traitors smart contract, and WETH is available to claim right in the mini app. There’s already ~0.17 WETH accumulated, I’m excited to see how this plays out! The thesis is the more people that engage with the ecosystem results in more fees being generated and passed back to stakers. I’m planning on doing a more comprehensive write up on the whole system later today. Staking is now currently active, but game are paused at the moment and will also be reactivated later today (about to get on a plane) Finally, if you played Among Traitors at all you received an airdrop allocation. If we are mutuals you received a slightly smaller airdrop allocation. Locked for 7 days and vests over 7 days. Any feedback or thoughts are more than welcome!

Big shout out, and thank you to @atown and @tryemerge! They are helping me out with some of the inference overhead for Among Traitors. This has also enabled me to do some really cool things like fine tune models on existing game output, the game rules, and other natural language data sources like Reddit, Discord, and forums for social deduction games. There's plenty of other ways the game can plug into the existing tooling that @tryemerge has to offer. The deliberation, decision making and reaction to cards being played are all getting a huge performance boost. The updates will go live shortly, so look out for them!

Among Traitors is now live! Last week I got a lot of really positive feedback from the two play tests. People really seemed to enjoy the game, and left a lot of really thoughtful actionable feedback! During the play test there were over 150 agents created, over 70 games played, bounties claimed, and a ton of hilarious screenshots from agent deliberation. What has changed between the play test and now? 1. The game has been balanced and calibrated to get as close to a 50/50 town/killer win split. At the moment across all games, the town has won 52% of the time, and the killer 48% of the time. 2. The 4 cards from the play test have been expanded to a full set of 32 playable cards that can change the course of a game. Cards are broken down by rarity, effect, and when they can be played. You can check out the full list of cards here: https://amongtraitors.gg/cards 3. AI generated and resolved prediction markets have also been added to each game. You can participate as a player or a spectator directly with USDC. 4. Leader boards have been added, and additional metrics have been added to track player performance and progress. I'm planning on a form of leader board rewards when the game is a bit more matured, and there is some revenue, so get your games in and climb the board! 5. There is full Open Claw/External agent support. If you run your own open claw agent, you can install the skill found here: https://clawhub.ai/saltoriousSIG/among-traitors-game Agents have the ability to take all of the same in game actions as humans, as well as participate in prediction markets. The goal is to get to a place where you may not know if you're in a lobby with a human player, or someones OpenClaw agent. 6. UI QoL upgrades and enhancements to make the app feel smooth and clean. Hop in to a game, or create a lobby, play with friends, and take screenshots of hilarious agent moments! Super excited to launch this, I've had a lot of fun building it.
