alright oops gm farcaster and cast out friends wow okay this one was a lot and we have a lot to unpack and it took up until like at just at noon i finally had the last vote and it was tied so i really needed that last vote so here we are
it's coming down to the wire and the tribes are galvanizing too and now we have these distinct kind of tribe alliances
the alliances are showing we're definitely seeing the alliances show and this was a crazy crazy challenge like so originally this should have been the first challenge but i couldn't get like coursevox just wasn't able to get the leaderboard done in time so it had to wait for a couple days so this wasn't so that's why today we were supposed to do a live game it was gonna be a poker i have canceled poker because there was no way i can make people still stay awake because the teams were up like some of them did not sleep at all a few did sleep some are very well rested shout out based based devo team but like i felt way too bad i'm like i can't do this

i don't know either that they're just too busy and they're just like we can't win this we're not staying awake all night for no reason i think there was like one maybe i think they maybe you know yoinked once or something but let's let me kind of go through and just show sort of what what happened and then we'll talk about the vote and what happens next so we had this challenge the challenge was yoink so you were yoinking the flag in the yoink game and we do have a special leaderboard so it's the it's the public game that was happening okay i don't know why siri decided to tell me about the world series all of a sudden so that was very strange so they were yoinking away and as a tribe they have a leaderboard but it's based on the number of yoinks last time when we played it was based on how much time you held it which i kind of like better but that one apparently is much harder to do on chain you can't it's just it's just a much harder thing and we did have problems last time where the time was going to the wrong tribe and this and that and where we had more tribes it was gonna be a little harder so it was number of yoinks but it changes the strategy because you just you can yoink from each other like when you when you're doing it based on time held you're trying to make sure you're not grabbing it from your own tribe members and it's a little more strategy involved
but
this was really fun so here is the leaderboard right now and i have to give some shout outs to some of these folks because they were just unreal but phomis tribe pulled it out it was tied two hours left in the game it was tied up between f c o f and phomies and phomies had caught up f c o f had been leading the whole time like most of the time bur of friends was leading for a while and then they decided to actually sleep

tactical error i mean they were right in there it was all three of these tribes were really close for most of the game then in about the last two hours foamies took over and fcof kept it closed but just couldn't couldn't pull it off because crypto and moon just had to had to take a nap but i have to crypto and moon a 118 yoinks dummy.e 117 yoinks like these two on the say they were the two on the f c o f tribe like they were absolutely killing it like mvps of this whole thing and have to give a shout out to jae chan as well jason from burr friends who was holding up that tribe big time like a fourth no almost a third of almost a third more than a third of the yanks on the burr friends tribe came from jay chan like in for incredible so

can anything stop fomies i mean they're they they they've just been relentlessly getting just they're the fomo team but ultimately you know they're the ones who who everyone else is feeling fomo now right like it's right
it was funny because they got a little upset that chris corella called them out and said everybody go yoink against them and take it away that's when we thought it was time held and it was and they got a little upset they're like why is he getting and i'm like you literally sent messages to vodou purple i mean you know i'm like it's all a game and like bottom line no one's holding any anything don't anybody hold anything against each other outside the game but like you know come on it's you know turnaround is fair play so it was it was fun to see yeah i i i had
i i'm pretty sure i knew who some of the people were like it wasn't revealed to us who voted for purple right but you know it's it's a game right and and i feel like it's it's something we discussed during the first cast out too when people were feeling a little bit bad it's just like can you really blame someone for lying in survivor i don't think you can right
i think the people who understand competition reality shows know it's just a game and it's not a big deal then other people kinda get maybe take it personally but don't take it personally this isn't personal it's just a game but man they played hard they played really hard yeah i saw you you had some intel you were feeding some intel to purple
you you knew that some people that some folks were target
like you were getting some some information that you were being targeted so you were passing it along
it's the things that people weren't saying actually that was tipping me off right and so like i was trying to set up like like i had back channels with every single tribe right and you know that's also if i had made it to the individual that's also like groundwork for the individual game as well right and when i was trying to like set up a a chat with gertie and phomies they were kinda like oh we'll see what happens and so i was like oh you guys are voting for me yeah and i'm pretty sure the last team who voted for us was was the fcof team i i don't know for sure but that's the feeling i got from our from our private group chat
i won't reveal any votes if the teams want to reveal at some point they can but i won't reveal the votes but it was it's fun to see it's fun to watch it go down yeah i felt like purple didn't purple and yellow made the same mistake to me at the beginning they did you guys didn't like solidify some alliances early like first of all you two should have been aligned like
yeah probably see well i don't know because because because cicurella was like we cannot align with yellow he was very not that he's anti yellow like i know he's a part of yellow as well but he saw them as the biggest threat and so but i think
you guys didn't realize you were both being seen as the one two threats and that means you guys should have come together to try
in hilariously internally you can see if you looked at our group chat that we were not a threat like the roofie was out for like the the entire game and just we'd be like hey what are we gonna do for this challenge like five hours past i don't know right like it was like it was it was pretty bad
i know and it was also having those back to back co like coordinated challenges was not the plan either like it this yoink should have been first then memes then the ball then the you know the basketball and then another type of coordination challenge so like that was my original plan and things just kinda had to had to pivot but yeah so it's it's been it's been fun to watch these different tribes like everyone has different approaches and it's very interesting but definitely get your alliances in order people like it's almost too late at this point but i mean like for most of you most of you it's way too late but i mean
sometimes you unless you're playing a different strategy right

there you go combine it combine it or throw the strategy one in the like replies or something but yeah like that would be helpful so what what strategies are you seeing people playing out or what do you think may might be happening
so the difference right now is that it's like tribe versus tribe which like like in survivor tribes don't vote for other tribes right and so it's like kinda like a lot of strategy went out the window but you can apply some of those kind of basics they're essentially using you know the onion the onion strategy right now where they have like their close alliance so hey we're gonna get to the end together we're gonna get to the individual phase together and then they have like a couple of other people on the outside they're like hey let's vote for purple you know they're they're they're a big a big threat or or whatever but then as soon as they're done getting those other people out then you're out next right so you gotta gotta know what the onion strategy if you're on the inside or the outside so that's that's like the basic strategy that's like the strategy that a lot of survivor players have won with using but there are a bunch of other strategies including like the lone wolf strategy where it's like you don't want to chat along with other people but you are able to understand the dynamics and that's way harder in tribes but if you can do that as a tribe and just be like hey i can see that there's like three votes here and three votes here i could probably like sell my vote to one of these to stay alive right so there's like the lone wolf strategy there's the meat shield strategy as well where you're always i mean
based based devo might be doing the lone wolf a little bit
in a
way in a way yeah they're like and i i really do i really do i feel like that's a little bit and i don't think they're doing it on purpose very honestly i think they've fallen into it i think they've fallen into it what was the next one the meet strategy oh is that the
meet strategy right and so that's where you keep people who are so like exactly well so this is this is what i was hoping for but people didn't like i was just like it's actually okay that we didn't win the first two challenges because then people can vote for these other teams actually foamies as soon as they stop winning they're they're gonna get voted out so they have to win every time now right and so yeah i think like probably gertie is playing a little bit of a meat shield strategy with foamis i don't know for sure but i suspect gertie's and foamis are aligned i don't know i don't know but i suspect
maybe maybe i i can't reveal too much but i will reveal some stuff on their last show on some of these on like what strategies i saw what what should have been happening that wasn't things like that but from like a purple and yellow strategy if you guys had paired up grabbed a couple of the maybe lesser known teams the ones who maybe needed a little bit more of a boost on some of these and like rule them in that would have probably been a strong alliance in my mind
we did have some well i guess they ended up not being that strong but we did have some some alliances at the end yeah but i think it's yeah of course i'm sorry it's 2020 9 right but exactly
alright well let's get into it and let's i know some people really wanna go to sleep so let me reveal the phone as to where we're at so this is our final vote here for today's challenge and again tribe phomies one immunity i like i really haven't had to change this presentation this part of the presentation yet at all like it's just sitting there like i keep leaving it and just reusing and then changing things around but we do have one vote for burrfriends we have one vote for girthy which is why i was like i

amazing effort and by the way this has been this tribe has been really really fun to get to know i did not i think i knew one person on this tribe before i had one interaction with six bazinga and the rest i did not know at all and they have been just hilarious to get to know like what a great group go check out the girthy channel like they're just a really fun group of people and honestly i saw the name i saw the memes really thought it was a bunch of 20 crypto bros and it's a bunch of freaking moms and families it's like hilarious like it's yeah it's hilarious like it's a it's so funny so that to me like is just it's just hilarious like literally like that's mama k and her family and

poker is canceled i'm not gonna bring it back i think i'm sorry yeah i can't fit it into our schedule we've got other things planned but i just it didn't make sense to make people try to stay awake even longer i just couldn't i couldn't do it to you all i just felt awful so we'll play a we'll play a game of poker at some point but it won't be it won't be a challenge so that's
for for foam for foamies right because burr friends was was the threat on the poker side
