PSA: do not import your FC Wallet into Bitget wallet Bitget automatically "upgrades" your wallet which prevents it from working in wallets like ours. It is possible to undo this, but it is not easy for most users to do. The end result is that your wallet will stop working in Farcaster if you do this. If you want to backup your FC Wallet seed phrase into another wallet, consider Rainbow instead.

🚧 FYI - One of Bracky's onchain providers is having known issues, and it means that sometimes Bracky app's display of your balance will jump up (or down) to a previous value. Things to know: 1. Everything onchain and in your trade activity is actually correct. (You can check this by putting your Bracky wallet address into basescan.org) 2. Issue is usually cleared by refreshing. 3. ** Rewards Leaderboard Results ** A bit nostalgic 🥲 for this last one...I've done it every week since the first one. * You'd think it would be fitting for @bertwurst.eth (#2) to be #1, but actually that little dog with big feelings would be the first to want @sayangel to take the final top spot--even though he made Bert's Warplet a 'traumatized gopher.' Warplet Mania 2 weeks in a row! 🎉 👹 * Also fitting we have some stalwarts represent-- @keccers.eth early on had a run of 11s and 12s but became a top 10 regular and takes #3; @m00npapi.eth #5 & @ted #7 were needed in the final top 10 * Two first-timers in the top 10 with promising careers for future runs at the top spot....hmm, wait--- @frankdegods #4 & @eggman.eth #6 * @chriscocreated rode the Warplet craze to an all time high #11 with his WeCast Warplets community piece (still minting fyi); and fitting that @nanah gets one last tuition payment slipping into the top 30 this morning * Meme-coveted #69 goes to @kagami on the last week of the World Series to our baseball savant * It's been a fun ride, no more first-timers or new tiers achieved--so let's wait and see what's next! 🎈

watching folks celebrate the death of creator rewards, knowing that whatever is next will also lead to outrage

gm 💜 on the final Creator Rewards Tuesday I was joking around last night about being fired, but on a serious note the Rewards is what turned me from a casual Farcaster to a committed user and made FC my home. So, a genuine thanks to @dwr @v and the team for doing this. I was amazed that a social network would pay us to provided valuable content--true blockchain use case. I also won't forget some of the things that happened b/c of these rewards: * @nanah paid for her tuition with it * numerous @crowdfund were successful because of it * Tipping Tuesday allowed us to show tangible support to each other because of it * @bertwurst.eth used his first big pay day for a carseat & later FarCon stickers & more importantly led the way on supporting Crowdfunds b/c of it -people said they paid rent, paid for therapy, and 100s of others that we don't even know about * 100s maybe 1000s of people made their first dollar here and maybe on the internet b/c of it I assume we are headed toward trading which is understandable given the focus, but that would eave many of us 'creators' out of Rewards. This experiment started a year ago and has paid out $1M+ to creators who casted on Farcaster. While this had some success, it's not aligned with our new direction.
