Reminder: do not squat channels. We will do a clean up of clearly squatted names prior to moving channels into the protocol / decentralizing them. This is a 2-3 months away. (Having the "intention of growing a channel later" isn't some hack around this, either.)

Priorities this week: 1. Decentralizing channels 2. Direct Cast APIs 3. Improving feed quality 4. Scaling Hubs to 1M users 5. Improving app reliability

An unexpected benefit of FarCon was getting very high fidelity user feedback. We talk to users a lot over the internet, but there's a marked difference when you can go back and forth in person. It's changed our roadmap this week by quite a bit!
