should token launchers withhold fees (or donate them, or redirect them) if the token creator uses someone else's likeness or IP without consent? It would discourage this kind of thing to what extent should fees be part of an unstoppable protocol vs something that has the ability for a human to intervene against abuse?

Today I decided to take my 4 year old, 2 year old, and 1 year old into Target for some light Christmas shopping.
