Issue is now resolved. A bad network configuration caused our validator to keep disconnecting from peers.

Earlier today, Amps experienced downtime due to reactions not propagating to Snapchain. Amps is back online and any engagement purchased in the last 12 hours has been retriggered. If you boosted something that was time sensitive and didn't receive purchased engagement, please reach out & we'd be happy to reimburse.

Snapchain nodes are having issues writing to the network. If you submit a message, it may not make it into a block. We suspect a p2p issue. We're working on a fix ASAP. There is already a temporary fix in place so that if you're using Neynar, submits should work fine.

How do you know that a 100% tech team delivered something? Very easy: They did the hardest part: * airdrop ✅ * mini-app that goes with the token ✅ They didn't do the simplest part: writing copy 😅 * what is wallet-connect? * what is the token about? * what value does it have in the WC ecosystem? * why should I stake it? Can non-devs do something? :)

Got a bunch of pings of "why wasn't I included for the airdrop?" a. We use *public* data from the protocol and onchain to segment types of users b. We share that information with projects / teams that are considering an airdrop c. They decide how many people and the amount to offer, as well as any activation they are hoping to achieve. How to increase your likelihood for future airdrops 1. Complete verifications - connect X / Twitter, fund wallet, etc. 2. Use the app *daily* 3. Active on the social network. 4. Use mini apps *daily* 5. Do transactions with your wallet at least 1x a week, but the more the better and in your warplet 6. If you opt in to an airdrop, following through on the activation, i.e. use the mini app, stake, etc. -- developers want to offer you an airdrop in return for doing something; this is why it's opt-in.

We are working towards removing this popup forever by implementing "FIP: Auth Addresses." Last week: added support to SIWF and mini app packages This week: enabling them onchain, registering them for Warpcast users Next week: APIs for other clients to request an auth address More technical details in a doc below.

Warpcast is being rebranded to Farcaster 1. Mobile app will be called Farcaster 2. The Arch logo will return 3. Website will move from warpcast.com to farcaster.xyz. 4. All links will be backwards compatible. No action needed. Will roll out this week or next, depending on app store reviews.
