gm farcaster it is monday april 27 and you are here with nynish professor and adrienne for twenty nine minutes of farcaster news to start your day plus we are going to have darko that m f er is gonna be here and it's the only time you get to say mf er and it's a compliment and samuel huber will be joining him to talk about the new runner mini app that is on its way and we'll be chatting with them in about twenty five minutes or so so very excited first time get to chat with darko so yeah it's gonna be a lot of fun
yeah is this daniel's first time on
no he must have been with us before ask warpy i don't know
i have no memories anymore
he might no he's been on with us before
i feel like he must have been and i'm gonna find yeah
he must
have been sorry samuel i i i feel like he has i just yeah i feel like
he has too alright but before that let's do some news we'll let we'll let adrienne check with warpy because she likes to do stuff during the show rather than paying attention to anything i'm talking about this from our friend brad q twenty nine seconds of farcaster what did you miss this weekend eric's and jonathan colton released photocaster so you can mint and collect photos and art without leaving fc check out more here and we're gonna talk about that but i think it's not quite launched yet i think it's just the preview of the launch right i think i think it's not quite launched moving on about thirty six hours left to vote on community talks if you're going to far con probably a little less than that about maybe thirty hours now or thirty three adrian's survival snap took fc by storm oh yeah we'll be talking red buttons and blue buttons i think you're muted oh there you are there you are yeah we gotta talk about no you're good i need
to talk about this yeah
we're gonna talk about this we are definitely gonna talk about this this is my whole feed and then i was like wait did you actually start this yeah you did zal released
a cool on firecaster i started on firecaster branch of of this
of this zal released a cool no code snap builder very cool betterment's most popular round in v three is still live a collab with coin hero at fourteen hundred minutes by the way coin hero is the new name for the rips and planks team so coin hero is the new over over arching brand name so very cool and better with bear now supports peer to peer betting one person puts up a bet another can take it simple one off wagers among friends so very cool also and then of course he gives us a little shout out thanks brad we love you and appreciate your summaries and also he's doing the pulse on sofa if you're looking for more moving on this from the farcaster intern a great combo between nikki sapp and zal and rish i love seeing you host these on juke audio so this was a space that was held on juke audio you could listen on the mini app but if you're a speaker you need the client so this was very cool to see and there was some good discussion going on so i think you can still listen to it i meant to check that i'm pretty sure you can still listen back in the mini app
is that correct the mini app has all the recordings yeah so it seems like i was listening live and it seemed like people were listening afterwards
okay
right there so
yeah that's what i thought so go check that out and listen to what rish had to say in this little combo
okay i'm gonna come back to that in a minute hold on i'm gonna come back to the red blue i'm going i'm i'm moving i'm trying to find the other things before i go there here we go fip farcaster is purple jk it's farcaster improvement proposal and we have one open for feedback or reviews if you want to learn more and this is from this is a co cast of top account quick update on this fip i've spent the past couple weeks improving our observability and stability on the snapchain side so i've only just got back to implementing it in that time we also added scoping on the message types that a gasless snapchat signer can submit scoping and sliding ttl will help prevent unauthorized and unintended signer use without compromising ux and devex we borrowed scoping and sliding ttls vaguely from oauth so the semantics and language are already familiar in the web dev community i pretty much can say the words but have no idea what any of that means adrienne would you like to explain what the heck i just said
i think you could take it you could try
no i mean
no i mean i think if you've heard this and you're interested in the protocol development you should definitely get in and read i don't i don't know if i need to if if we need to go deep into it okay we can
that that alright we'll leave it we'll leave it there then go check that out if you are especially if you're a dev and you're building on top of farcaster fips are something that you should definitely be taking a look at this from your berserker announcing that we have a new cef channel which we we did he did a better job announcing it than we did so i figured i'd share this one because it was a good image so follow slash c e f for updates on the clancor ecosystem fund we should have more soon in terms of our first round of grantees so be on the lookout there you can also ask questions in that channel and tag us and we will be on the lookout for those also we had this from clanker clanker's now doing these spotlights clanker ogs is what they're covering for right now and this one was about atown and emerge so go check this out and these are coming out periodically about different clanker projects and builders so very cool go check that out also we have a farcaster community call this wednesday april 29 at noon pacific if i'm still sitting in the passport office maybe i'll jump in agenda coming next week we'll record the call and post notes in the agenda for anyone who can't join live google meet link to join and calendar link to add these calls to your calendar are below so go check that out if you want to attend i went to my first one because they were called dev calls before so i didn't feel qualified to attend i let you handle that and this one had a little bit more about community as well so i like the the switch up feel a little more inclusive
yeah i was just gonna add this is the if you formerly known as dev call
formerly known as dev call
still covered yeah they still cover dev topics so it's it's not there's not another dev call this is the dev call so if you're a dev and you wanna talk about dev stuff it's still all covered it's just they expanded it as well to to kind of be broader this is the agenda is is public the the invite is public everyone is welcome and yeah i think i on the on the spaces last week rish was talking about these or this came up and i think someone had a question about where to find the calendar invites or how to find them so
there you go and there you go go check it out make sure you're following the updates channel there's now a little this little thing right here the little megaphone if you click on that that brings you to the updates channel so those will be posted there but also follow the farcaster account for those announcements this from rish when i was on fireside a week ago the host and the builder of the app told me live on the space that we should build spaces native to the farcaster client what's kind of surprising traditionally we'd leaned away from building features that other ecosystem apps provide and rather drive users to them danar never built an an fc client because we wanted to support developers building on top of fc the same is true today while we build the fc client however degenier zero three fireside nicky sapp juke mo spaces have all since then mentioned that farcaster should have audio spaces natively my build there we go and the issue really isn't that these other apps aren't good they're all good well done good quality but there's no way to discover them easily so that's the problem and that's the bonus of twitter and twitterx spaces and streams is that you have the little row of accounts at the top that'll show you who's on you get a notification when somebody's on if you're if you go to their if you log in and it'll be like oh this so and so is on right now or you can see it their their profile picture has a little highlight around them so if you look at us right now you'll see what i mean on twitter and those are the things that i think would be helpful as well on farcaster it would be great if you could be using those various mini apps and just get a notification that people are live i think that's harder to do than just building it natively so i'll take i'll take either way but yeah oh you're muted she's muted again
yeah i can't i'm so sorry
it's only episode 361 you've gotta give her some grace
i know i you know what i moved my studio like six months ago and i'm still not comfortable here just still feels temporary okay
now i lost my train
of thought the native
yeah i i think it's just an interesting topic because of like the people are building all these apps right and there was always the concern well then someone bigger than you who has more funding can then just you know build it and eat you up and i think rish's cast i thought was interesting because i don't his intention really is to support builders and there's all these yeah builders building spaces i think a lot of the space is builders like nikki seemed to have built it not because like it was his mission in life to build audio spaces but because he really just wanted it right he's like we don't have it in forecaster and i want it to exist so i don't think it's interesting that rish is saying the feedback he's gotten from people is like no we're not really trying to do this it'd be better if you did it but you but you didn't now someone like on house when we had right we're like it's those guys like really cared about audio spaces right like they had a strong point of view about what makes a space good and how so i think that is a and i think they also had a i'm trying to recall a background in streaming audio
yes i think so
yeah and as much as you said oh by the way there was nothing wrong with these apps like they're just as good i'm gonna push back a little bit because i okay had trouble with a lot of these mini apps
that's true
to get yeah like if you wanna get like audio that streams with no buffering and it works every time and at scale where you're having more than a few people on on a space like it's actually it's a hard engineering challenge
it it actually is and and twitter spaces if you were there early days so many problems we would just like it would just end it would just like disappear you'd have to restart so many problems but it's gotten very good like they're the quality and all of that got much better over time so yeah it takes time to build the quality audio for sure for sure all right well more to come we'll see we'll see if it gets built in all right moving on barcaster do your thing so adrienne created a snap and here's what it was everyone in the world has to take a private vote by pressing a red or blue button if more than 50% of the people press the blue button everyone survives if less than 50% of the people press the press the blue button only people who press the red button survive which button would you press and then this became the whole timeline
it's great it's great i have never by the way this is not we weren't even talking about farcaster i've never seen a topic that was not about farcaster take over the timeline before
i know like this i know it was crazy so there was some interesting takes on this cassie quite easy in my opinion red is the best choice for personal and global survival i will not bank on the possibility that greater than 50% of the population is selfless as the fact that capitalism has stood the most successful economic system so far proves this possibility false and then we had tiga this raised an interesting thought i think one of the more interesting second order effects of what if red wins and a massive chunk of the population just dies off i mean this went deep i can't even read everything because there's so much back and forth so derek
rest and peace to your mom i was like i couldn't tell i was like are they guys are they fighting or they were joking with each other i think they were joking but someone's talking about their mom dying he's like that sucks for
your mom sucks for your mom i voted blue by the way and i'd already voted blue but i'm just showing the the poll and right now 737 votes like that's crazy it's more than most daos get a vote yeah most more than more than most daos get in terms of voting outcome voting turnout easy
the snap makes it very easy to vote
makes it very easy and blue is currently winning so you're all safe but there were a lot of thoughts on this a lot of thoughts on this so i'm just gonna if you see
by the way if you see in the snap and maybe you'll get to it i did give credit to tim urban wait by wait but why yes you do who did it on twitter and by the way i was laughing because literally i there's not a single tweet on my timeline that has anything except for this it was everywhere
i haven't seen it at all
which is
see it at all
hilarious to me because like we i guess we have some overlap but not like not i guess i
guess not
not enough anyway so i saw it all over twitter and the i mean if you think people on forecast have opinions like i've because i've never seen a question cause people to have so many opinions and then that's why i made it as a snap that i'm like oh this would be great just as a snap okay so that was this was a perfect snap so
it was a perfect snap
just wanna give us credit yeah i
wanna give credit it was simple it was easy and yet it caused this all this this was from burtwurst and cassie quoting it the dogs on farcaster no ball game theory quoting burtwurst talking about new combs requires a predictor who has already modeled your specific choice before you act which isn't present here i think it maps cleaner to volunteer's dilemma or stag hunt with the dynamics of a mixed strategy nash equilibrium i think it's really important to note right here that burt wurst is not a philosophy major but assistant one was
i was gonna say that this dog definitely went to college
this dog is smart so this i mean there's so much of this so much of this on the timeline we have this little image with the red and green as opposed to red and blue kyb clearly thinks that red is the is the smarter choice we had this from linx which i kind of liked you can't be too hard on the red button people they are just afraid they've seen the worst of unity and don't want to risk their lives trusting human nature fair i get it i almost pressed red myself they aren't wrong but blue pressers are willing to put their lives on the line for their beliefs and that's special i press blue not because i believe but because i want to believe
aw thanks steve gonna make me cry
alright steve this from swim dwr have you tried building your own button this was incorrect i did correct it it was opportunity for another button opportunity for another button so yeah it was this took over everything and i am a blue button presser i was gonna trust my fellow far casters at least i don't know if i would have said the same thing over on twitter i'll be honest with you i might have gone red with those people because i don't trust them but i trusted the far casters to go blue so there we go
it i think there's also a difference obviously between stated and revealed like yeah if you're actually in a situation what do people do versus what do they wish they would do or wanna say they would do so it's a it ultimately it's just like a really fun thought exercise yeah and especially because the people who are picking red will often like it is the it it is very much the correct choice
yeah it's the logical choice if you if you do not trust humanity yeah no
it's not even like it's
the logical choice i agree with that point i do
right and logical choice and also like it's the yeah but it's like if if we lived in a logical world right and that ultimately that's why this is hilarious at a large scale because it just goes to show like when you start modeling out how people behave
and to me this was full like it's prisoner's dilemma right so it's a it's game theory it's the same it's the same kind of question where the the right answer is actually blue it's the only way you save everybody however the logical answer
not it
is red because you know if you know anything about humans you know they can't be trusted
so if someone's gonna hit blue yeah but if everyone hits red everyone survives
no well yeah i guess everyone if everyone does
everyone acts in self interest yeah
if everyone acts in self interest yeah
anyway it's it is it's hilarious
it's but the the discussions and the the battling and the you know i wouldn't i'm not gonna put down anyone who's choosing red i don't think that's necessary i get it i get the logic reason
don't put down people who put blue either because the people who put blue are getting oh they're getting
oh they're getting it's just like stupid you guys are dumb
yeah yeah
not dumb just gonna save humanity i and i try i went with the odds that i actually thought there would be more blue i actually did so i felt pretty safe that we were gonna say we were gonna say blue but also i feel like this should have been two different colors not red
red and blue two two democrat republican like us politics yes like photos yeah
two politics coded i think that adds like a cloud to it where people might choose something different if it wasn't red and blue if it was like yellow and you know purple or whatever not no you couldn't do purple either that would skew it you'd have to do i don't even know what but two other colors that don't have other meaning
all colors have meaning what do you mean
i know i know i know i see darko has entered the green room we see you down there you should be able to change your pfp hopefully you can find that and we're waiting for samuel to pop in so we got a couple more quick things to chat about before we bring them up but yeah that was fun by the way i think those are i think you should find more of those for snaps because i think that was a really great snap i love that so i think that worked out really well and we need more questions like that do you remember that book the book of questions that everyone used to like alright that might be a little early for you
wait i have okay i have
was this like i think i feel like it was college age for me that like it was everywhere
so i have the book of questions i don't know if it's it's called the book of questions
it's called the book of questions yeah it's
been multiple editions yeah but the reason i'm laughing is i didn't know where you're going with this do you early days in forecaster when there was literally nobody here
yeah yeah
and we used to just try to find makeup things to get people to cast you know remember conversational liquidity provider yep so i used to do a thing where i'd pick up i have like all these random factoid books in my house and i'd do a thing where i would text people to just give me a number and i would read the like i would share a
and you throw the question on that's fine
did the book of questions i'm like give me a number and then i would ask people the question of that so i thought that's what you were getting at when
you i forgot about that i forgot that you did that but yes we should do that as a snap where you just pick a question and throw it into a snap one that works like this like that worked really well so it'd have to be along those same like some kind of choice question that would be yeah that would make it easy but anyway okay couple of quick things about farcon before we chat with darko
this is from limone voting is now open for community talks at farcon rome we got some fire submissions now it's your turn to decide who takes the stage check them out vote your favorites help shape the lineup this is a grassroots effort so the stage should reflect the community vote below so you can go right to this cast by limone this will be in our show notes as well and vote if you are attending farcon prom i did do my vote and then i really wanted more votes because there was a lot of really good ones i had a hard time choosing so if i didn't choose yours please don't take offense like i loved it also i just i had to choose six so there you go and also a note all farcon talks will be professionally recorded and distributed on all gm farcaster channels after the event so make sure you're following us and that was in response to your berserker's question here because he wasn't sure if we were going to be recording and we are someone also asked if we were going to be live streaming and no that is not the plan at this time however we might stream a little bit if we feel like the quality is going to be good enough it's just hard to tell when you're not there so we will see but we'll definitely have everything recorded and we'll get them turned around as quick as possible this from keesmet casa we've curated 11 artists and devs to collaborate during farcon in rome they'll be creating sharing their work and taking part in activations throughout the residency bringing more on chain culture to to farcaster and this very cool this is the crew who's gonna be there and very exciting they're doing a whole studio on sunday at at the i think it's close to the location it's at herbay something anyway i don't have the information handy right now but it is in the schedule and it'll be a lot of fun i think it's actually right here on this somewhere because we have the builders day on monday tuesday is the summit but sunday there are some activities as well going on including the open studio which will be with kismet casa so also lagos circle rome farcon edition local community gathering at urbehub on how to meaningfully shape the next chapter of farcaster to advance civil society and then the farcon rome irl morning run that morning so lots of fun things happening on the sunday as well all right i don't know if samuel's joining us or not so i'm gonna bring up darko and we'll get going with them and then if samuel pops in we will chat with him as well but let's get this going bringing you up darko welcome to gm forecaster
gm gm
welcome welcome we're so excited to have you here
excited to be here
we love it when an mf'er stops by just so we can say that all right so let's talk about let's step back a little bit and talk about runner the token first because this was okay settle this for me was this the first token or one of the first because there's been a lot of dispute around this
yeah there's been a lot of dispute around it i have i actually have bookmarked like old tweets from proxy saying that it's the first meme token or the first user token or that clanker was the first and this one is the second okay but basically there was like test tokens before that were launched by dish really when he was just testing if it worked and then you know people just bought big supplies of those and
right
tried to run them up themselves claiming they were the first tokens but runner was the first like user token
user created so use non team created token alright you got it here
i so i i knew that clanker was coming because i had made friends with dish a little bit before clanker came out while he was building it really he was helping me with something else
and so i actually had like four of my friends in a group chat all like watching the timeline for when fyker was gonna launch and i had the cast like pre written on my phone and my finger overcast just so that as soon as it went live i pressed the button to be oh
it's funny the
first one yeah
this goes deep i didn't realize i didn't i didn't realize love the
war yeah
i had no idea i had no idea speaking of i thought i saw something on your hold on i have a question now that you said you met dish i have a question i have a question about this i'm assuming you are at least a red sox fan yeah but for sure you're from are you from the boston area as well yeah is that the new dish okay yeah they've had a rough go yeah it has not been great it's not been great by the way this is hilarious my kids my kids are starving kids are even throwing the red sox away and if you didn't see that if you're if you're not looking at the screen
your celtics your celtics are doing alright though
our celtics are doing alright the red sox just hired everybody the bruins are not doing good yeah it's been rough and the patriots
lost the super bowl but at least we make it made
it there i made it there i mean
we can't complain too this is why people don't like the massachusetts the boston crowd of sports i just no
you know
i mean it's you know haters are gonna hate hate hate hate yeah
i mean growing up
rough year rough year when you don't when you don't win the super bowl
yeah exactly though exactly darko when you when you grew up if if you grew up in massachusetts before all the winning then you earned it
yeah exactly
you earned it like we had we had like i don't know a century or close to it of no red sox winning world series and like you know balls going between people's legs and it was torture so you know bill buckner i'll never forgive you anyway moving on little little shout little shout out to that so runner runner had launched was the first meme launched by a user a non team member it took off and then you started doing some runner related things so talk a little bit about like where the meme has gone in terms of what you've done around like creating it as more of a project as well
yeah so it's kinda had a long history really it was just the meme at first of the short guy running and then still while it was a meme we ran rebranded once to this like little pixel guy who was the same guy but in a pixel form and we had like a pac man game that we did oh yeah
with him
on it and we had another game we did like contests with those so we've just been constantly doing things to keep it fun and then you know memes on base and everything kinda died out but this is like my one big main project here so we just wanted to keep it going and when many apps when many apps first came out we we're like well we should make a mini app but we didn't know what to make so we we ended up hiring jp who's made a lot of other mini apps and he made us the mvp runner mini app which is currently available so we just thought we we realized there's this big intersection of people in crypto and a lot of also like founders in crypto who like to go running so we thought we would just make a mini app based around that and reward people who use the app for running so the current mini app you just have to upload an image of your stats of a run either with the mini app or in the running channel and then you get put on this leaderboard and then every week the top eight on the leaderboard split the runner side of clinker fees we get so there's been ups and downs with that obviously the volume
i'm sure there's been better weeks since others
yeah yeah i mean right now it's been pretty dead given the circumstances but i mean like there's been random events that have happened that have like skyrocketed it like when clanker was first acquired by farcaster and then like an hour later jesse like logged a run with it and then tweeted about it and it shut and then so that week the top eight each got i think like $800 each or something like that it was like something crazy
wow
yeah so now we we're gonna make a new app so we were able to actually secure a grant from base back in like january
awesome
and with that money we went dev shopping and found dtech which is samuel and we had antimo to do the ui so we hired him as well so part of why it hasn't come out yet is because we hired antimo to do the ui and we already weren't in a huge rush to do it because things had slowed down but then farcaster got acquired by neymar and and antimo is the designer for neymar yeah
so he got busy
yeah which was fine because many apps and everything had kinda slowed down i mean other projects were you know closing down and moving on we kinda just went into i wouldn't say hibernation we're still there but just kinda building in stealth mode but name but antimo did finish the ui for the app which so then now dtech is able to actually start building it and it looks like
and it looks like samuel's here so i'm gonna bring him up and perfect timing in the story so we are at the point where the runner mini app is now changing over to dtech so gm samuel huber welcome you've been on gm farcaster before have you
gm gm
didn't we did we settle that with warby or no yeah okay
at falcon
i asked that's right
i asked warby
and what did he say
and warby said that samuel was on the hub episode one oh right
that's right
which is
not gm forecaster but part of the forecast gm forecaster network and the farcon nyc community talks
right okay
and then the interview after
yeah and we did an interview after yep at farcon that's right so you're now working with darko to create the new runner mini app so what can we expect from this new version and and what's the what's the goal here whoever wants to take that
a lot of the goal is well a lot of the goal is to to get a version two out that is polished make it super clean and integrated so like initially the mini app was a lot of work to manually log the runs and a lot of the focus now is to make that smoother and make the whole process of using it of logging runs of using runner way way way smoother and and build a foundation on top of that
so is this gonna have any kind of integration with wearables like with your you know fitbit or whatever you know apple watch or health different health apps or anything like that excuse me
well the idea is to go through strava right
okay
so as long as your vulnerable is logging through that then i don't see why not the integration will run through the strava account so it should log straight through your wearable if if it syncs with strava
yeah so a a lot of what we've been running into especially when it was a lot more active is that with the current version anyone can upload any picture of anything which with ai or even yeah you know canva you can just make a thing that says you ran this much so it was a lot of manually going through checking the accounts seeing if it seemed realistic seeing if it was a new account if this is the only thing they've put on there like casted so we're gonna integrate strava so that someone has to have an actual strava account that's what's connected to it and that's what it's getting the data from we're also going to move from being weekly payouts to being a monthly payout so right now with the weekly payouts and it being only eight people it's mostly just the same people who are getting rewarded every week for the most part and they're like lots of them are like you know super bad on rides
and they're totally happy about it
yeah so we're gonna do monthly payouts which will include more people have more of a pool we've talked about maybe doing something else for the rewards not just runner maybe other tokens if possible and and instead of it just being based on how much you ran per week it'll be based on a point system which will have more involved with just logging runs there'll be like referrals and you know sharing your runs will get you more points and it's gonna also be able to be shared on both here on farcaster and on twitter as well
oh cool so samuel how did you guys get connected and sort of can you talk a little bit about what dtech is so that folks know who may not be familiar
yep so initially we got connected through the clanker team
oh cool
a few a few months ago and dtech for the last two years now has been focused on just doing any kind of broadcaster development work and and consulting along those lines
though initially around two three years ago coming out of the the nft space when i did a lot of smart contract work and application development through through that so we haven't been farcaster exclusive but mostly it ended up being a lot of farcaster works defi apps documentation sdks and that kind of development work getting people into the ecosystem
cool and so in terms of like are you open to if other people are looking for help with building mini apps are you open to work right now or a little bit more con you know constrained
at the moment we're rather constrained we have two okay projects we're currently tackling they're generally open to discussions and then we'll we'll see when it fits on the on the timeline a lot of the mini apps have been increasing in the since that scope is usually the the limiting factor with mini apps
the the interesting part with a lot of farcaster projects is that with farcaster you have to be highly specific in the ways and channels that you monetize your app to make it sustainable and i actually see a lot of the value in in ai now with farcaster in the sense that farcaster has always been a great space to get an idea out validate it and and get insanely quick feedback cycles because people just respond and try it out some of that has been false positives in the sense that people just try it out because it's cool and they wanna support you and try it and then you thought you had an idea that worked and a week later the farcaster big community hype has kind of settled over and then you're like oh shit this this i thought this was was something that people would just use on a on a recurring basis and then
we definitely have our moods
sort of
yeah no we go through moods
and that's fair and that's kind of where i feel like on farcaster anyone can have their app pop but it's it's difficult to sustain that
i think that's true
and that's in general by the way that's not just farcaster specific but the
it's attention economy we're always looking for the shiny new object unfortunately yeah
and and that for for dtech has always been a little bit of a of a struggle because when you go through just communication when when just communicating what do you wanna have built and then building it now we can build a lot faster with ai but you can also just get your idea into code instantly so the question is at what point do you wanna hand off do you wanna hand off at all is it something that you can with a 20 to $100 a month subscription just get work and get get working and get out there and validate yourself and then see okay what are kind of like the economic pathways a lot of what i've seen over the last months is people just like kind of like asking okay how could i monetize this so like more going into the a i'm just gonna ask several of you questions before just fully handing it over and that's one thing i see on the farcaster side it was like outside of farcaster mostly when we do a project the monetization is clear whereas on farcast the demonetization is usually not as clear and is yet to be proven which then means you you kind of have to figure that
out alright we did have a question from zwillow darko minimum amount needed to count for a run do you have a minimum for people need to log
i'm not sure that we've set that perimeter yet i don't know i think it'll
probably be a little longer the parameters
is that like from is that like some couch to remote
no as it is right now you could you could log whatever you want because it's just picking up the info off the screenshot but right once it's integrated with strava i'm not sure if we're gonna set a parameter on that i i think i think we will
they really weren't expecting that question zuella i'm
glad you asked because i think i need
to do that couch potato how much do i need to do to actually qualify and also actually that's kind of a good question from a different perspective can walkers participate or is it only running
well we haven't decided that yeah i think we have we are gonna have a minimum pace so that people can't just like have their apple watch on all day and then count their steps as
that's fair logging in that's fair
yeah
that's fair i like i mean that makes sense but you could maybe make me make a fast walk or something like like a good good walk
it's like a continuous walk i was just saying continuous as a former runner my running pace now is my old like walking pace
is your is your fast walk
i'm sure it would still qualify
but i'm missing yes it's it is a jog it's just super slow
super slow jog alright when can we expect the new mini app to launch what are we looking at
well once we're done is the easy answer
well i could have answered that
no the the time that the timeline that i'm expecting is roughly roughly in the month at latest depends on how how far we go through through testing alright that's usually the main the main factor and figuring out those kind of questions like okay what's the minimum pace what is this what is this okay what what do we run into once we have the first v two and then figure out okay how to how to round through that and and get through a different kind of points where it's like okay we've used it here shrava but this is kind of off this feels kind of off and then iterating through that
yeah doing some testing i'm sure yeah the the main
the main roadblock was just waiting for the final figma file because antimo was busy so now that that's out of the way alright it'll be a lot closer and we do plan on
throwing antimo under the bus
it's all his fault
fair it's fair yeah antimo you've been thrown under the bus it's all your fault
we do plan on keeping samuel busy after the app launches we have more ideas for the v two of the v two i guess it'd be a 2.1 he's like a winner where we're we're hopefully gonna integrate more token related oh awesome the
app very cool yeah how are you are you gonna do any kind of claim within the mini app or auto send rewards like how are you thinking about that
oh there's a lot of things you can do we're we're gonna see i think what we land on like as we go through in that regard one thing that i found super interesting is a lot of the claiming rewards has just been straight into a wallet in the sense of oh you've you've done a little action and that's incentivized and now you have some some point and i think there's a lot of ways you can you can do that that aligns way better with people who hold a certain token and who earn a certain token so there's ways of that i hope i'm not spoiling anything or or saying anything too off in the in the that that i shouldn't say but the like one thing you could do and that's just an idea right is you could use the the liquidity on markets as a way to to reward people or as a way to stagger a payout so that you have liquidity on one side but then trickle the payout instead of just giving an instant arab style token grant so there that's that's that's some super interesting stuff for me at least where i'm thinking okay we've we've discussed a lot of how can we make the runners holders and the runners earners align on the same thing so that it's not just like over the past two years a lot of the experiments have been okay here's a token go sell it and that's that's a lot of the discussions that we've had over the last few months
i think that's that's something that every every project thinks about in terms of like yeah how do you get people to hold for longer how do you incentivize that whether it's staking or you know some kind of gamified way of doing that i think better's done good with that experiment and and then like or or adrienne doing you know word a day where you have to hold a certain amount even to participate that could be something there so yeah i'll be interested to see what you end up doing there
like i think on the farcaster history side better qr and brachy are the yeah the three tokens that come to my mind that had the longest longevity in terms of of figuring out those cycles and making them work in a way that is is sensible brekkie in the sense that you just had to use it to play
right
so if you if if there wasn't much that you could just get brekkie besides somebody gifting you brekkie and then some of some of the okay we're gonna onboard you in terms of onboarding and then you you just have to use brekkie and as long as people use it there's demand for it similar with qr and better have the flywheel through the through the tokens itself so i think those three are three are good samples of the the last years in and around forecast where we've seen a token be able to sustain some kind of attention and incentive around it
yeah and then i'll also shout out banker you have to have you have to use banker to buy like the club banker token token so i mean the subscription so there's i think there's been some interesting yeah approaches to this where i think that you know i'd love to see where where runner comes out with that
in terms of until the new mini app is available darko if people are just hearing this for the first time they weren't aware there was like running rewards is is the current version still open to users
yeah 100% the current version is open and we've been paying out the top eight each week
okay zwelo get get running go go figure out how much your minimum is and then yes you get you get no no no you heard i get runner as a reward for running a hub no that is incorrect yes to crypto you get it for actually running so you'll have to actually do some running not running a hub that goes back to a long running joke
but what is a hub what's a hub
i i heard i heard there's a farcaster fork that may be experimenting more in that direction
this is what we hear
the one that nina inherited and and took over so
exactly we had let me see if i have it yeah i do this was our this was a cover image that we used on occasion in this house we believe there are no rewards for running hubs
yep
yeah so occasionally that comes up alright anything else that we didn't get to cover that we should have asked you darko or samuel or adrienne any other questions from you
i have one other question are either of you gonna am i gonna see either of you in rome well that's a double sided question but are you gonna be going to rome for a far con
rome is too far for me i have a family here to take care of in the boston area still samuel's much closer to rome than i am yep
samuel are we gonna see you
but still highly unlikely to go i haven't been able to figure it out yet
we were hoping you would figure it out alright amazing well maybe darko we'll have to do like a boston meetup sometime in the summer when i'm on tape
for sure
we'll have to get everybody together maybe we'll go to a sox game probably not maybe
in the last
probably not gonna go to a sox game because what is the freaking point at this point
well the tickets will probably be cheap at least
tickets will be cheap that's for sure but we'll yeah we'll get some lobster we'll we'll have some clams you know steam us anyway that's an okay
antimo will be in rome we can ask him if
he's ah yep so he heard you're getting he heard the blame did you hear the blame antimo did you hear you were getting this is all your fault i'm just kidding alright amazing thank you both for being here and looking forward to seeing the new version of the mini app if there's a walking option i might partake but i will not be running in any way shape or form but you know you
you don't have autonomous robots running for you yet
no not yet i would you know i wouldn't for something like that why would i cheat why would i cheat you know like what there are
by the way i think there are two group runs scheduled for
oh i heard that
and there's like a sunday morning one and then a pre summit one on tuesday
yes and the organizer of one of them i'm having a brain fart right now but is one of our main no is it katra
they are
oh they are one of our big users actually
so oh cool alright yeah amazing so you so whoever yeah make sure oh it's livmore and haier are doing the two runs chaps is it chaps
carl chaps yeah
yeah chaps and katra okay and yes antimo did hear us talking shit about him so there you go good to know good to know he was listening
he's always with love he knows
totally with love absolutely if we
haven't talked shit about you do i mean how do you know we love you
right exactly you just don't even know alright well thank you both so much for being here looking forward to seeing it when it launches and i'm sure we'll be shouting it out yeah and we'll see you we'll see you both soon on the timeline great thank you so much
thank you bye
bye bye
that was fun always fun always fun to have have samuel around it was nice to meet darko yeah
that
little m f her by the way i love this i don't i think i showed it quickly but i didn't really show it like this image is just so freaking there's so much going on it's just really fun anyway so
get running too too much for me
oh i love it it's so much and i love it
i'm a minimalist
i love a collage i'm clearly not
higher higher is great but i need a oh i need like a less i need a lower lower and less fair
fair alright let me pull pull up my last group of links we've got two more things to chat well we've got some builder stuff to chat about and then one more fun little topic
and then we will call it for the whole week we won't even be back for like two weeks which is crazy that is crazy alright i know can you believe that i was just realizing that or maybe not if i don't go to rome maybe i'll just do the show oh no find out find out wednesday if i actually get to rome we shall see alright moving on we've got some other things to chat about qr we're still doing a little collab with qr and i want to shout out their recent winners currently right now oh this just happened this just ended because i was like oh currently spandex was still leading but nope they won so nonlinear and spandex take the win today's winner go check that out and then we had also the this was really this was like a status over on twitter that won which i found that very hey any link any link can be can be the one so i think this was somebody who was restoring their
their account or something their account got suspended which is kinda funny so anyway there you go interesting interesting use case also had this was fight night was up there emergables which we're gonna talk about in just a bit we had better mint has a new mint they had shared there as well condo won an auction and hire your ai chief of staff dot com well there you go so it's been quite a week for qr go check it out and get bidding you have a chance to bid right now on the latest one that will end tomorrow so go check it out alright moving on this was the collab round with plinks this is from todie haka collab round with coin hero has been so popular we've decided to extend it for one more day we've already seen almost fourteen hundred minutets of the boosted packs are better nft which will unlock a free guaranteed profitable boosted pack in the plinks app tomorrow which is today so i think it's today making this our biggest round since the launch of betterment v three we purchased $700 worth more plinks on the open market to refill the juiced up prize pool and reset all streaks and spin bonuses so get in there and spin the neon flywheel to win big prizes by the way tomorrow which is today we'll have a special piece for our favorite community artist birthday and tuesday we'll have a birthday piece of our own by another community fixture for our one year anniversary of betterment better not miss so go check that out alright moving on this from cassie quorum hi folks if you've been testing quorum mobile the testflight has finally been reapproved you can install the update through testflight if you already had it before if not there's a link here to do so android onboarding is still via google play beta dm me your email address and side loading so there you go so go check that out make sure you have your latest quorum mobile this from push did you know that my last day of year five is an nft and the auction never kicked off well this actually kicked off the auction your berserker actually bid on this and i outbid him so i think let's see if i'm still leading let's find out shall we we'll see if i'm still going as the leading bidder yes i am so if you want oh no wait yeah i'm still good i'm still in there so this is really cool i love this particular one so hope i win and that by the way the other reason i'm showing this is the cryptoart mini app by max jackson is really nice so this is i think pulling the i think this is an open sea auction i believe but i'm not positive but very cool mini app go check it out this is from eric's fotocaster and i don't think it launched yet did it
i don't think it's launched
i don't think it launched either
so i
think this was like a preview of it so but it looks beautiful so fotocaster is coming soon so better way to view your photos on farcaster and this is from one of our favorite farcaster photographers eric's and jonathan colton working together so jonathan colton and i have been ideating on this for a few years now we finally have all the tools to make it happen in t y and neymar studio we'll have a lot more to say soon but essentially the goal is to be able to mint art photos etcetera without leaving fc collect without leaving fc and most importantly give the people minting as much flexibility ownership and control as possible below i'll upload a little video walk through where it stands right now jc and i have more testing to do before going live but fucking hyped to open it up to everyone soon so there you go looks beautiful very excited
i love that they've been talking about this for years yeah and just because i don't know there's just like so many of like okay they've they met on farcaster i assume they share a passion for photography they have ideas and then they're able by the way the screenshots look incredible incredible
yeah
it looks beautiful really good and i feel like i just keep seeing this pattern even with things that i've been working on too and other things of like you have these ideas they don't necessarily need to get built right away but you're able to kinda incubate them over time so i'm like very happy to see this from them
i think it also and then as tools change and it makes it easier to create that's what's changing everything so amazing this from db your rodeo collections are back i originally built radiantzone.xyz as a new home for zora non fungibles after zora stopped supporting them on the platform now rodeo has shuttered i've added rodeo support so you have view your rodeo and zora collections all in one place without having to resort to the warehouse of opensea more defunct platforms and features on their way unfortunately so there you go thanks db for building this very cool
this from adrienne hey nanesh prap i shipped something for us today reply to a cast this is us now can anyone reply to the cast or only us can anyone tag warpy you mean yeah
it's just us
okay like if anyone else uses this particular approach that
you yeah
really okay so she built a whole admin dashboard and a new way for us to curate links so we're experimenting with that so if you see curate or little eyeballs on your cast it means it might show up on the show it doesn't mean it absolutely is going to and i feel like i need to clarify that because i've been hesitant to tag some of these like cast because i'm like oh but what if we don't end up using that because i usually kinda cast a wide net and then narrow it down but we're gonna try it out so if you see that that's what that is
yeah we could make a tag of just being like this looks interesting it doesn't necessarily make no promise it's getting shown i was really curious about because we've like we've talked about this of like how do you make curation easier is public is the and also do people one is it spam do we not wanna show what we're gonna share at a time are they spoilers or maybe people like it like you know it's it's unclear to me whether this is a good thing or a bad thing but i feel like the only way to do it is to experiment and try
i mean we don't have a micro market that i would like for which casts are being shown on the show so it doesn't matter but if we had one then it would ruin that but we don't so there you go i know that's what i want though
and i'll just say i was laughing because i casted this last night this literally should be something i like sent to you in our discord or dmed you or text you like i'm sending you a message it's about something we're working on that no one else has access to and i chose to cast it and i was thinking about that like why am i why is this public
and good question people respond to it but then people are replying to say oh this is cool i wish i had this when we were doing i think the noun square or like right yeah so in some ways i was like it's a little bit of like the you build i'm building in public so even though these are like our internal systems and internal tools people somehow find it inter i think like find it interesting and i tend to like talk a lot about the stuff i'm building so i just like i don't know yeah i i don't really have anything to say i don't know if i should there's
a lot of drive their mind there's a lot of work in the background that goes into like not only curating stuff for the show but also on the back end doing the show notes so yeah adrian's experimenting with how to make those processes easier so we'll see so just now you know if you see a little eyeballs on your cast we may or may not be showing it on the show on the next show this from emergables is live at miniapp.emergables.com we'd try emerge we learned something loud and clear people love personalizing and remixing their digital identity so we built the next evolution around that emergables is the easiest way to launch your own personalized avatar collection all on chain powered by ai drop in reference images write a short prompt and launch when someone collects they bring their own digital identity to the table every piece is personalized collecting is participating in marking that you were part of a moment built on and funded by arbitrum ecosystem generate abundance so really fun to have emerge back in this new form really cute loved it i minted my little otter emergibles otter it is a little more expensive than the previous version where you could do it for 25ยข it is now a dollar i also recommend there is a swap feature built within it but i don't think it's working quite right so just make sure you have some arbitrum usdc in there and you're fine it works smoothly so so in your like in your farcaster wallet you don't have to there's
no separate wallet app i swapped in the app
did you okay
yeah and the swap worked fine but it didn't like it it never came back to say completed so it looked like it was taking a long time and then it
ended up
like minting or so or something so i was like but yeah maybe maybe
yeah i had i got stuck where it was in like a little loop or something and it didn't quite work so then i just went in and swapped it in my wallet and then it was it worked smoothly no problem and there's my little my little guy he's so cute my little otter eating pizza
couple more things to chat about this from adrienne i shipped this last night the word a day account now casts a second time each to nudge you to play first automated cask gets sent when the new word is revealed and shared in the mini app second automated cask gets sent fourteen hours later and nudges people to play and share the snap so you built a snap that goes with this and that is the new thing so very cool you can hear it you can go to the italian version and it will open up the mini app and there you go astuto just for farcon just for people who are confused about
what italian words have to do with word a day it's a special farcon collab where all the words until until and through farcon will have nice little italian translations as well
and then and then they'll go away
and you guys have to listen like my you have to put press the play button because you have to hear the italian pronunciations and we will not do them estud that knows we will not
we no it's i am not i am not allowed i'm not allowed he said that
app does a great job
yeah it does
of doing italian
it does couple more things oh this from you look what came in the mail this week this is obviously an ai edited photo so how would you believe me did you just get your rock camera
so i had one very i had an early version and it actually had an issue with it oh okay software i was like it was it was having trouble updating the software so i sent it back okay and they repaired it and i just got my repaired version okay so i i never even took a picture with my first version
okay
alright i literally was so excited i'm plugging it in i'm charging it i took a picture of it on my desk and then i used ai to change the background
so oh that's funny and there you go that is funny alright
this is i'm gonna bring it to mark on
are you bringing it to mark on alright yeah this from ruminations the future of journalism is media market making in the future every media organization will have a p and l and will generate the majority of their revenue through media market making journalists will be paid based on their contributions to pl being right will be more important than getting engagement you'll just i i don't know what do you think about this what do you think about that
before i by the way i love jordan so i love
jordan yes
personal to him but before i vomit on my microphone can you paraphrase what he's saying to make sure i understand it yeah before i say what i
that that the calling the making the call on a market will be will be the way in which revenue is generated for journalists so journalists will be paid based on contributions to p and l being right will be more important than getting engagement you'll decide which publications to read based on which higher pl on the topics you care about that's interesting your feed will filter out posts by people and publications on topics where their pl is negative there's definitely topics journalists should cover which don't lend themselves to accountability through prediction markets worried that people aren't well informed enough they will be if they have a financial incentive to read the news and the news outlets are financially incentivized to be accurate through markets i think it's something to think about i don't know
yeah and there's like kind of conflating two things which is predicting the future
yep
and reporting on the present
true
and i think when we talk media we're like lumping way too many things in together
well i think this specifically it seems to me like he's talking about traditional news outlets as this being a new way another way for revenue
look i
think where they're losing revenue left and right so
yeah fine i think one of the worst thing that happened to media was the idea right here i am saying what the fuck is even media mean i i i kind of like
i know
but i think the worst thing that happened is this idea of kind of twenty four hours the twenty four hour news cycle that right and then the need to kind of play the engagement game
yeah
and and and listen and that was like not the right incentive
is
is this better i don't know i'm not
i don't know either
i honestly don't know either is not my thing journalism and media is not my thing like it's not my it's not my area of expertise nor is it my area of interest
i find that so funny
hilarious
but i'm kinda being
i'm kinda being serious when i mean this i know joking but seriously
i don't
i don't actually i'm not that this is my fault
so i don't really i should probably shouldn't even comment on it
i think it's i think it's interesting even if i don't like the idea of it doesn't mean that it's not correct
right
i think i think it's likely he is correct we've already seen calsheet and polymarket being advertisers on both news programs and things like award shows where you're you know predicting who the winner is that kind of thing so i think there's there's something to that and i do think that we'll we'll see we'll see that happen so i don't know be on the lookout well alright alright we got one last topic i wasn't gonna do this media is not my thing
you can quote me on that
i know i know right oi but it's i mean it's just
it's too broad a term
it's
just it's way too broad a term that's what like
so for those who don't know i actually part of my undergraduate major was communications and media and i actually specifically did do a lot with related to journalism and media early on but then moved in other directions
i wrote in my high school newspaper like does that count
there you go sure
for those that don't know i my undergrad was in environmental engineering and there you go yeah we didn't really do a lot of journalism
i have so my major like other people in my major went on to be like you know executive producer meet the press work for nbc news things like that
i worked at a wastewater a we a water treatment plant as my internship in college like what
i worked on the hill anyway k last thing speaking of politics
you know i let's not let's let's not move on let's keep talking about how much we hate media i think i don't really wanna be told what to think or how to think and that's like when i when i think of media capital and media like that's how i think of media of like being told interesting and i think i just have this visceral like so when i think about like the whole prediction markets too like even that so this is just a me thing let's we can book no
i think there's something to that but also it's a matter of whether or not you look at true journalism as a reflection of the truth or as informing reality like is it shaping reality or is it actually reporting on reality and there's both of that is happening at the same time and we've leaned more towards the shaping reality unfortunately than we used to so there used to be like you know three stations tv stations you know walter cronkite was the go to guy everybody watched him everybody had the same news period and then you had cable news and then you had the internet and then all the things you know blew up so you don't have that situation anymore and it's harder to find those like true journalists who are reporting facts and things like that without any kind of bias is difficult so it's interesting when you think about mark but markets technically are supposed to sort of lend credence to certain things like in other words if you're putting your money on something it's more likely to be you're seeking truth sort of you know what i mean you're seeking a a clear winner if you will so does that help i don't know i honestly don't know i think it's i think it's an experiment that's gonna happen with or without us like it's just going to so i think that like we're gonna see that aspect of it with our our people who can reflect what's happening and have an impact on markets going to do better in terms of as media program i don't know yeah but it's possible it's possible
thinking back to the red blue button and and growing in like if you add a prediction market in there right where the prediction market isn't like the question is no longer
micro market
yeah what right what button do you hit but what button oh i guess right and this is what ponder was doing right but what button will people hit then all of a sudden the reds are like right not we know not everyone's gonna hit red and therefore by me hitting red i am killing someone right my action even though logically they can you know be like the well if everyone hit red right
then everyone's saved
logical thing everybody hits red we're all saved you know
but if everyone hits blue we were all
saved also that's not right well yeah alright
right so same thing alright last topic last thing nouns okay let me actually back up let me back up
i love when i get surprised about topics we're gonna cover that's
why you hit blue exactly that's why you hit blue because if everybody hits blue then we're all safe anyway yeah
but you're gonna die if not 50% and you gotta save yourself so hit the red you don't you don't know you're there's no guarantee you're gonna get you
know this actually the red blue actually pairs well with daos dows with nouns in particular with daos okay so nouns had something happen this past week where a proposal went through to set a reserve price in nouns this has not happened before it's happened in other most other daos actually have reserve price it keeps it from going really low and keeps you know keeps it it helps to preserve the capital and not dilute too much below what other people have paid to contribute so
the the reserve price was put in it's very high it's like two point it's not very high it's high for current market conditions like 2.38 or something like that eth so this essentially
demonstrated that the dao has been captured in other words there are three large whales who are controlling the votes and really can control any vote
in theory i'm gonna say that but there's there's other things that could happen that could change that scenario it just doesn't look like they're likely to happen so there was a lot of discussion on the timeline about you know like basically nouns is dead long live nouns and it's not really dead there's still a treasury there's still funds to be distributed there's still more to the story definitely i don't know what this more is gonna be but it's not what it used to be and essentially nouns is a dao decentralized autonomous organization every all the funds from a daily auction go into a treasury and then each noun that's purchased on the auction has a vote and we vote on proposals up or down yes or no whether or not to spend those funds and all this is controlled by five different smart contracts in the background that's the an unique feature of this project and then also a note the art is a 32 by 32 pixel art it's very specific because it is on chain it is not there's not it's not pinned to ipfs this is on chain art that's why it's has its constraints and the artists who created the layers are pretty well known temper my dog keeps doing something weird i'm like what are you doing over there tempers grumplin and kai from e boy arts so we're the three main artists so a lot of people don't know that so i want to kind of share that part because this happened okay because this happened so oxen i guess you know there's a lot of talk about nouns on the timeline so oxen said nouns always gave me the ick this set my mike goode off into a tizzy
and what was you know there was a lot of discussion about what he meant by that but there was a discussion he had with six that specifically talked about the art so that's why i focused on that and was just like hey i don't know if you know this and i don't think you do you probably don't know about the art but here's some information so i did share it in there about the art itself okay
mike good got a little annoyed started saying stuff about far cats toady clapped back i like nouns and weird little ai purple cats both is fine nouns and far cats started to have a little battle or not really people started taking sides this was fmk nouns purple cats and warblets say angel i'm going to not answer that question because you won't like my answer but yeah and then oxen firing back yeah yeah but my slop only cost $15 not tens or hundreds of thousands you should also read up on it also farcatz wtf which is kind of funny and yeah so i'm just gonna say this like i love pixel art i also think the far cats are lovely especially purple cats with top hats in particular kind of love them also love the warplets also love aar but it it's just you know give the nouns folk a little a little grace they're going through some grief it's definitely we've been going through it since i don't know when did this freaking forecast in 2023 it's been a while it's been a couple years that this has been sort of slow rolling and when you only have one token a day it does take a slow roll for capture to happen but we've been in this for a while so here's where here's where it is it's a lot of discussion about you know daos don't work i would agree and disagree on that they can work but it does require a little bit of human intervention i do think that there's potential for ai agents to use daos in a way that are probably healthier and cause less stress than humans do yeah but also don't you come for my pixel art is all i'm gonna say on that because i do you can't i'm sorry are you gremlin's amazing timper's amazing kai yvoillard's amazing but also i think a lot of people don't understand the constraints of nouns and what like that really is about so gotta give you that i'll give you that grace for those who don't know alright
that's it well i hope oxen and my good makeup because but also they won't okay well
well they probably won't
well then
and that's okay only
because it's kind of fun sometimes when there's beef
the beef on the timeline
beef is fun but at some point you know shake hands
yeah
and and move on
and oxen is a is a you know i don't think mike realized that oxen's a pretty well known shit poster like within these parts so you know i didn't it didn't faze me at all like i didn't take any offense to i saw it and i was just like whatever and i wasn't gonna even comment and then it blew up so right yeah yeah but not a and
don't let don't give oxen power like let him say like you know he he's allowed to think now and gives him a dick of course not and by the way why do you think that it's your opinion bet if you i bet if you owned a bunch of nouns he wouldn't feel that way
he wouldn't be a way at all yeah and also that's perfectly fine you're entitled to your opinion welcome to the internet like yeah you know everyone's entitled to our opinion on the internet that's for sure
but you're right people go through whatever yeah i i missed i missed all of that beef that's why i'm saying
yeah
thank you for having it guys because i just got to see it now for the first time and it's funny
it is funny it's pretty funny
not to laugh at people's it's funny
but it's funny the people got a little it got heated it got a little heated
but it's that's an example of like i might not tag warpy and say curate
this exactly
like because that's weird you're like that would be weird but we wanted to show it
so yeah yeah this is what i mean that's funny anyway at least they're talking about me yes they were purple cat purple cat
i have a far cat my far cat i don't like it though
i don't remember if i have one i think i do i probably have one i don't remember i honestly don't remember
i don't like mine but i won't give it away so i know
yeah same
stuck with me
same so anyways this
is scary i'm scary looking
and also nams still has like $9,000,000 in the treasury so ain't done yet but also on its last legs i would say unfortunately no more no more daily auctions because eventually no one's gonna pick them up for that high alright oh i did have one last thing did have one last little thing to mention and that was this from base designer realizing how little i am actually catching from what's going on farcaster thanks to gm farcaster for showing up and talking through it and you know what bass designer you are welcome that's what we do here all right we're gonna be off for like two weeks maybe
like i don't think i realized that when we first when we first were talking about this but yeah we're gonna be off the rest of this week and then next week we are at farcon rome and we may stream some things we're not gonna guarantee that but we will absolutely have the recordings up as soon as humanly possible don't want to promise same day but that would be fantastic if i can make that happen but we're gonna try and get get things out as quick as possible we're super excited to see everyone also wanna give a shout out to our sponsors our media sponsors for far con which are purple decentraland's abc dcl tours which i'll tell you about in just a second word of day from the amazing adrienne and clanker so thank you for sponsoring and decentraland abc dcl tours that is from oddjob and we're going to find a time to actually do a tour with them on a stream so probably sometime after far con obviously but we will find we will find a time to do that and i'm excited to see what they're building adrienne there's a burt there is a burt that runs around decentraland yes cute they created a burt there's yeah they they have they they created a warp a warplet that runs around yeah so it's very exciting i'm excited to see what they're what they're building down there in decentraland i imagine this as a basement and i don't know why but i feel like it's in the basement of our simulation
but yeah i'm excited to
check that out not the penthouse
not the penthouse i don't know why i don't know why i think about it as the basement not a park like a gaming
you know out in gaming
place okay no it's not outside because you when you go in there you feel like it's not outside so but it'll be fun i'm excited i'm excited to play with the digital bert it'll be fun so alright everybody we will be back in two weeks you'll see us on the timeline sharing lots of things from far con rome so make sure you're following us we'll share it on twitter as well anything else adrienne before we call it
