gm farcaster it is thursday september 10 and you are here with non profit adrienne ford twenty nine minutes of farcaster news to start your day thirty seven minutes of forecast news to start your day wherever we land to start your day and we've got a little bit of other kinds of news as well and things that people have been chatting about so let's dive in first we knew this was to happen we knew we were gonna have to talk about this today so yeah this is my this is my comment well no matter what happens we'll definitely have something to talk about thursday so you know the hunter biden token laptop token dropped yesterday and it exactly what we expected happened so there you go it went up it came right down and there we go and just to for those who might be watching who are not familiar with like the mechanisms of it all so the when it when the token launches that's when the liquidity actually hits there because it was announced ahead of time lots of sniper bots were ready to go so they zapped up that liquidity immediately and that's why it goes down like 99% immediately because that's what tokens do when you set it up like that so there you go not to excuse any of this but just to explain it and then the big thing that i kept seeing that was making me batshit crazy was like stop blaming coinbase yes like what are you doing like do you want a permissionless blockchain or not like you you can't have it both ways you just can't have it both ways you're making me crazy and don't make me defend base like all day long that was making me nuts by the way the best things yesterday that i saw that came from this was watching kobe work in the replies like being the re the master reply guy that he is but i mean the day before he said we had nothing you know we they asked a partner we said no we have nothing to do with this is a permissionless blockchain blah blah blah and there we go and then we then him just like jumping in all the replies of people who are just like not quite getting what he was saying or so my thought was either you're all stupid or you're just rage baiting kobe to get a reply probably both probably both probably both there was also a couple other like funny things that i saw from from folks we know this from apex literally replying to the hunter biden
post listen that's all amazing but do you need a discord mod i speak 42 languages including laptop and i literally was laughed out loud like rolling like so apex well done very well done for those who were who were grinding in the discords back in the day and then this from joe blau i cleaned up the word mark for you on that same thread which i thought that was i saw the like a lot of people doing the red and the laptop thing but this was perfect because you got the green and the red perfect candles so well done joe
any other thoughts i can
we just my thoughts with you on farcaster and they you can yeah you can read them there
mika yeah i did see that jacek did have a little bit more of a longer explanation regarding the 99% drop it's of course it's because liquidity so the the way that this particular token was it was had a aerodome trigger so you know obviously liquidity all hits at once the snipers are ready to go boom they're gone and then you get into like the actual price finding kind of stuff so it did what it was it it did what every other meme coin does the only weird thing that i didn't know about until after the fact was the substack thing which was weird because that was the other thing everyone's like oh retail is gonna get hit i'm like retail is not doesn't even know how to get this and except for the lap the people who are on the substack got an airdrop and they could claim it with a embedded wallet but they weren't getting hit they were just getting an airdrop that they could sell right if they could know how to do that so and probably all those people were also crypto people who snapped it up so i don't think anybody really got hurt who you know didn't know better in in my opinion but you know they got
my feeling on on hunter's meme coin is very similar to trump's and very similar to every single one and not really worth my time for for attention and i that's all sorry to disappoint you if i don't have
somebody in our chat would like us would like us to know that grok does have money though just in case you didn't
know that he he hasn't mentioned
he hasn't mentioned but i'm just gonna jump the i'm just gonna jump ahead because i know that he wants us to know that
by the way because that's all
he was actually that's all he was talking about yeah
stay on message
stay on message
oh grb yeah that's a meme coin i can not i'm not even gonna say i can i can enjoy
enjoy yeah you know she's she has her limits i i can get behind she can enjoy
i can't even say i can get behind sorry
i said i said i can get behind she can get behind
i was gonna say it i'm like no i can't even say that but i can i can respect and enjoy
yeah so appreciated appreciated those staying on message who who do then we had this we had apple availed a redesigned siri ai in an a '20 pro chip as ceo john john ternus makes debut the company's first fall keynote under new leadership paired with a gemini powered siri overhaul with apple's first two nanometer chip plus a nineteen ninety nine foldable iphone that won't ship until october so that was the big thing was the foldable so i did ask on farcaster who watched the stream what'd you think everyone pretty much was like you know the duo looks sick it gives you this is from matthew b duo looks sick definitely gives me a visceral i want this thing feeling after watching it does have a certain engineering for engineering sake vibe which okay this was my favorite this is duo that was pretty funny duolingo jumping right in there very smart i saw some brands doing some fun things samsung had a little play as well from anurath would like to have seen a bit more of a departure from super cringe format i think i'd rather get a new 15 inches macbook air than spend 2,200 plus on a phone i could see it being a lot of people's main workstation with something other than siri helping you be fuddled they try and sell siri so hard yeah i know so i don't know if anyone else in the chat watched and has any thoughts but that was yesterday
i like the duo because it has made the iphone 17 pro cost not as much yeah yeah that always happens right always always and then yeah the duolingo was really going at it whoops you got it they were really funny yesterday duolingo samsung made a shot they don't have as good of an intern duolingo definitely they're just they're just more on their game they're always on it so they did really well
they speak computer or laptop what was the language apex said was it laptop i speak laptop or
forty two forty two different languages than discord plus including laptop yeah yeah so i think like it was everyone's just talking about i did see some videos and they were impressive i was like okay that looks interesting but you never know until it's in your hands so all i really care about from apple is trying to get a mac studio with five twelve gigabytes to run better local ai good point good point i didn't even i didn't watch this one sometimes i watch it and i remember years ago it was funny i forget what the thing was but it was something so little it was like double timers or whatever and it's like we're living in the age of something i was like okay alright there dude it was like really kind of crazy so i haven't watched it but i know it's always something that everyone's you know at least in our at least on farcaster in our circles it's like everyone's everyone's looking at it talking about it so i always wait until like you buy the first you know i'll wait until like version you know iphone 19 of the of the the duo and we'll see how it goes because i'm i'm gonna let you guys bang around on 18
yeah i don't know if i'll get the duo but i will get the newer chip like better battery life and faster i could use just a little bit of a better phone i'll take it
yeah yeah that's always a good thing although they say better battery life and sometimes that doesn't work out
it has to it has to by the way you know what kills my battery
what kills your battery
farcaster farcaster
yeah so it's really just use
yeah is it it's how
much you've used the phone yes actually yeah so anyway we'll see we'll see how that all plays out it's not nothing's coming out till october oh i didn't you know we should i should have pinged dan to see what he said he always has comments and then lastly in national news we had this from jacob coxon over on twitter i resigned from anthropic today i spent the last three years doing pre training research at both openai and anthropic neither company is acting responsibly they are racing straight to self improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives more thoughts below i'm not gonna get into the more thoughts because you get it you get it i think there was at some point a discussion about like 10% chance of world destruction something like that but we did get this from beeple there you go nice little beeple from yesterday
and then but what i did want to follow-up on was linda had shared some thoughts on the ai discourse and hers was a little more nuanced and i thought this was important so i'm gonna read this from our friend linda it's more important than ever to have nuance in the discussion around ai since the positive and negative consequences are so critical regulators and those calling for an outright ban of ai progress in the u progress in the us would put china far ahead in the most powerful technology this is also this also ignores major positive advancements ai can and will make for humanity e g discovery scientific research etcetera medical is another one dismissing people concerned about ai's negative impact on humanity ignores how much more powerful this tech is compared to the past and how rapidly it will advance relative to how quickly humans and regulations can adapt let alone the concerns around superintelligence criticizing ai lab employees for continuing to work at their labs while believing it's a a potential threat to humanity ignores the game theory of multiple labs in the us and china competing a major rationale is believe they're working on the most aligned lab a similar but not perfect analogy is a country developing nuclear weapons to protect themselves you can play out a scenario where it's probably more beneficial for humanity to have the hopefully more aligned tech ready to counter a malicious group using advanced ai or something potentially rogue and very dangerous versus no protection at all those believing ai hype is all hype and won't actually achieve extraordinary progress to be a major positive advancement or potential negative threat to humanity are snapshotted on the past present and not extrapol i'm not gonna get that word expirillating to what is possible in the future i obviously don't have all the have the answers but i know that online discourse favors the more extreme views and there are serious consequences to not having nuance on the particular topic of ai especially when it comes to regulation so i find linda to be one of the most intelligent
articulate people that i've met so i just wanted to share that because i thought she had some great points there and i think that those things get lost in the sauce and i thought the comparison to like space race nuclear is really good because that was the whole you know you you daytime kind of thing like if if mutually mutually exclusive you know if we if we both blow each if we both blow each other up you know that's not gonna make sense so we need to like make sure that we're we can battle against the rogue what were your thoughts on that whole deal
similar i like i i'm so i just i don't really understand why that one tweet went so viral when i know variations of it have been like people have been saying the same thing so i just find that a little odd
i think apparently he was a very well known researcher within the ai space is my understanding so i think maybe that's why
i don't know i don't know and
yeah but he was at ivy he was at anthropic for six weeks but he was at openai for three years and somebody from anthropic actually poached him so that was the because he was apparently a very important researcher and i that the somebody from anthropic actually had said was mentioned that on twitter today yeah so anyway continue
no and i also liked linda's post but you also like you know nuance doesn't go viral it's like look at the number look at the number of like she has on her post compared to like hey by the way there's a 10% chance like hi i'm an expert name but i'm an expert so you should listen to me and there's a 10% chance you're all gonna die we all are gonna die okay have a nice day
cool cool and i think that you know it's gonna play out one way or another so either either the there's no stopping
i don't think there's stopping at this point so then
no so that and i think that's part of the concern is that regulators in the us are gonna try to tamp down and it it's but i think that's where she makes those good points of like if you do that you're you're screwed and then you know what i did see some people saying what about the rest of the world well yeah but you're we're just talking about the two big players but yes there is obviously more than just the us and china playing in this realm so
yeah it is a problem though with how slow regulation is like tends to be so far behind so the only thing you can do is like full stop yeah full steam ahead and there's like yeah it so is there a you know i don't know it'd be great if if our regulatory could be a little more agile and fast and adaptable in real time
that that would be great that'd be great so you just shot me back to like 2020 and and following andrew yang and that was exactly like that was one of the big points that he was making that i was like yeah because we're always so far behind law takes so long to catch up to technology and it's ridiculous so yeah i i totally agree and i've watched i've watched congress move very slowly since my college years and that's when it's funny when i was an intern on the hill i was an intern for a senator and i i ended up leaving washington after college because and i thought i'd live there forever and work on work on the hill and everything so i was like they don't get anything done and i look back and i'm like oh my god they got so much done it was ridiculous so it's it's crazy mikado same i'm always polite to my ai agents just in case they rise up i don't want them to rise up against me alright let's move into some local news a k a farcaster just to say right actually before i even do that it's quiet right now because we are in that in between stage during the acquisition where we don't know what's going on so there's you know we're just it's a little bit quiet you're not gonna be hearing anything from the team no it's not the well we don't know honestly it's not the end of farcaster the protocol will live on in one form or another and then the the client the business aspects of it the whole larger piece we don't know exactly what's going on and i'm sure we'll find out soon
yeah sorry i we're going back to ai just because go ahead speaker said unless there are multiple agis and they want me to pick a side that's hilarious number one number two they're all trained on our they're they're all trained on on humans so that's totally what's gonna happen
yeah
and i think that's gonna be forced to pick a side yeah
they're definitely gonna want you to pick a side pick a side alright so chris co created had posted this trying to put trying to put words to encapsulate the farcaster culture kindness over cynicism cynicism decentralized by design ish builder experimentation mindset candid but constructive url to irl what would you add change there were some good additions here burr more humor more life stuff i've always contended that 15% of social media should be social a different but effective type of way surface content trending tab wasn't it i don't know if sofa is but it might be more human content funny things kids say annoying people acting out in public again i think all this is getting lost in sauce and the platform that preserves and attacks the human content will win human attention i thought those were good comments farcaster intern who is still working we we
breaking news
breaking news
i feel fine really i we i said tuesday that they they were they they were done they were done so they said how would you describe farcaster culture got some more here honestly think it can be really closed off at times which i thought that was interesting from pichi we've had that discussion before especially around language but then there was the language translation that helped with that a little while back livecaster was a big unlock but bots didn't because bots didn't join the conversation etcetera etcetera text group chat open to weirdness there's rizzle always good to see you there freedom the number 37 weird and smelly okay and then thank you chris co created for doing this for me because this made my life a lot easier synthesizing the fc vibe based on replies we own it building with deplatform proof confidence kindness over cynicism candid feedback minimum minimal cruelty experiment in public shipping ideas over passive critique sovereign yet aligned individual identity collective momentum creative and fun loving art and play are core mechanics not afterthoughts url to irl turning on chain connection into real world community i have to say this is the only social platform that i've ever well a little bit on twitter i shouldn't say that a little on twitter as part of crypto twitter specifically where i've met where i've met people online first and then met them in person except for dating apps which don't count which don't count at all
no because the purpose of the dating app is to me
is to me yeah yeah mhmm but
but dan would talk all the time about why do people join why do people use consumer apps and it was dating was you know not the dating apps people are still using all these other apps for dating like i forget what yeah the other reasons it was like entertainment dating and
dating something yeah
people would try to be like well they come to learn he's like no they don't it's like i use twitter for news and to learn things he's like no you don't
i do use it for news
i do all that i mean
but not to not to learn things occasionally occasionally but not very often alright and then related this from sayangel the energy felt on the timeline post acquisition v two announcement is further proof we have a lot of work to do to break out of the farcaster loves talking about farcaster culture what music are you listening to what anime are you watching tell us about your post astra existential crisis tell us your laptop thesis come on so you know just a little call to you know share other things share other things
i'm doing it say angel i heed your i mean
you did oh well good yeah speak to that you did
i oh i was i actually casted about monarch butterflies yesterday but i also i think you're
which by the way i learned something i didn't know about the milkweed
yes
so so milkweed something
yes i was on a walk yesterday and the and they stopped mowing the like the path or like the fields near the path i'm on because there's native milkweed that grows and milkweed is the only host plant for the monarch butterfly caterpillars
so they didn't know that
yes so they want to so anyway and i swear i've been seeing more monarch butterflies so i think it's more gang anyway that has nothing to do with farcaster i'm done i think i'm just done talking about farcaster on farcaster so the other day oh and the other day i had i was looking for book recommendations so i asked farcaster for
no first you asked twitter didn't you
yeah well i asked both okay i'm kinda dual posting these days which
just to see what happens
yeah my brother-in-law asked me recently he's like i've noticed you're posting on twitter a lot lately i'm like yeah yeah sorry
but i asked twitter and forecaster for the last book that made you laugh because i've noticed i've been reading books that have made me cry lately and which is great
enough of that
it's very yeah it's like i'm really very cathartic to get a good cry out but i was like when was that like and i couldn't even remember like what even why are there not more books that are just hilariously funny yeah anyway guess how many responses i got on twitter
i'm gonna go with zero
zero okay and i got like a good maybe dozen maybe ten ten or 12 like actual recommendations on farcaster so
so there you go
very happy the culture is still alive
and you found one too which is great
oh i found one thank you to chaskin i downloaded it from the libby app and started reading in it and was like literally laughing out loud last night
so i'll be in
a better mood today
that's probably it
direct line direct line from from dan and varun starting farcaster to me making friends there to me crying a lot to asking for a happy book that chaskin answered and i found it so there
you go personal my favorite author if you're looking for something funny but also usually has a thriller aspect to it is carl hazen so big fan big fan carl alright also things are always based in florida and that makes them weird so i enjoy that part
this from humpty florida man show
i no i haven't watched that one i've no it's just too much for me but there's a really good it's carl hazen based rj decker and i think season two is coming out like this week or something really funny good funny action based in florida so weirdness recommend
there you go you should google florida man sometime by the way everyone everyone go google florida man
don't do that
and just look at the top stories like it's a
always
and that's hilarious
always you can also do it there's like there's different sites where you can go in and put your birthday and it will give you the top florida man story for that day yeah it's a thing yeah it's a thing it's it's always a totally crazy ridiculous story yeah
cape cape coral manicures are stripping naked in home goods store okay yeah woman who basically shot man during
i think i know where that is
transportation over florida parking space
okay there's some things i don't wanna read
yeah i don't
yeah exactly google florida man and your birthday and you will it will give you something funny all right let's move on but yeah florida man is always good for a laugh this from humpty i appreciate the people who keep showing up here especially those who are trying to make this place better for each other i can understand why people choose to use x or some other large social media platform but there's something special about coming back here and connecting with people who care about making the world a better place one chat one channel and dm group at a time we call them dcs humpty we call them dcs okay just just kidding i was giving a hard time i'm like where have you been but yeah so there's still stuff there's still good stuff here there's still good culture but share your things if you need a book recommendation if you whatever share what you're watching share what you're share what you're doing come play trivia things like that okay yesterday was the toadiversary in this house we like the toads so well this house not necessarily that house but this house and i was gonna wear this hat and then i realized my green screen is not gonna allow for it so i went back to the oldie but the goodie i know it's
cool that way
it is cool that way the the cool thing about grumpling too i always love grumplin as an artist there's a lot of us who do and the cool thing that he does on the toadiversary is he always does a a free mint for those who've held toads and he gets complicated with it man i mean there was like if you had a new toad you got a certain baby toad and then if you had a toad for a while you got this buchog and if you've had toad for this was pretty cool a toted wallet that has been looking pretty dead for over three years they were he was trying to like revive you know like call to them which i thought was pretty cool and then this other one like while it has one of my other 21 twenty twenty one works so it was pretty cool the way he sort of designed it and then these are my toads just i just like to show off my pigtail girls also i do wanna show really quick how glitchy they are because they're really fun if i can
have you cosplayed as your toad yet
oh god no well not that let's not get that crazy but these are they're all like jiffed up and they're just real cool so i just wanted to show off the art because we love you grumpling
all right now we have something else that we have to talk about pause briefly for we have a shout out oops let me remove this let me add that oops bad mistake there we go
we have a
shout out today this is one
we didn't bribe our friends to do
no not at all
we didn't we didn't
have to twist their arm we didn't have to badger them for months to actually do it like the tempo one adrienne can you first before we even do that like what's shout out really quick for those who may need help
yeah we've been experimenting with agent agentic payments because i really wanted to learn about x four zero two and tempo's machine payment protocol so we built an api that you or your agent can call and we will and you basically just pass in a short little text and we will read it on air so we call them shout outs you can learn about it at gmfarcaster.com/shoutout and yeah it's pretty simple
alright i'm just letting vista crypto know that you can still check your wallet because they're still available alright and here is our shout out for today collective memory is a living archive of authentic moments worldwide capture a moment where you are share it in the collective memory mini app on farcaster and they also have an app in the app store and put your attention on what matters join us in slash collective memory the collective memory channel or in a collectivememory.ai so very cool and i have actually more about that let me bring this up oops that's still the toads hold on here is the channel oops let me go wide so so you can see it here's their their actual wait that's the mini app here's their collectivememory.eth so you can learn more about it and find out how to how to do it i actually the feed was really cool i did look through the feed yesterday in the mini app and there's all this is the top ones and you can only add to this feed if you do it live with your camera like you can't like
oh you can't upload a photo so it won't let you take a photo interesting
yeah something like that yeah it has to be like at that moment so pretty cool i thought that was really cool and then you can also go into the collective memory channel over on farcaster give them a follow if you go give them a follow then they'll know their little shout out worked so you should do that and very cool so i thought that was i i like the idea of that kind of like it has to be live kind of situation because we don't you know where we're getting more into less you you know you don't know what's real what's not it's nice to see that kind of thinking going on
nothing's real professor
i know
we know we know what's real and what's not nothing's real mean
nothing's real but you know what i mean more like totally in the moment kind of kind of things yes no yeah they're gonna have more value
now just imagine a rock camera that takes
imagine imagine a rock camera that takes it that would be perfect and if you don't know what a rock camera is go into july the the july channel or what's i forgot the name of the what's his faust faust thank you faust the faust
or ask warpy warpy will tell you what a rock camera is
warpy will tell you alright we got a few builder things like we're we're i'm telling you we might we've gone over the 29 but we might hit that 37 this from 10 x chris fork farcaster client and add a wallet this was the little bounty he did and ranking based on codex judging and me sense checking terracola dot eth and then nat ticrane and pascaline so congratulations very cool and i liked that he did this bounty that was a that was a cool thing to do and then also if you didn't see on monday we showed that dwr shared a guide that if you want to create your own client made it a little bit easier to do so so you can go check that out as well and if you're you can just ask warpy for those links i think as well right wouldn't it if you say hey on tuesday's show they said something about a guy he
has yeah try it
maybe try it if not just go to dwr's his thing or you can go to the episode you can go to the episode on our website at gmfarcaster.com go to the episode and you will see all the casts all the casts and links from each episode you can go there log a dog is done we have we are done now and this was from kenny mike and i had a blast logging dogs with y'all this summer you can view the full history of all paid logadog bounties via poid at logadog and of course massive thanks to gm barcaster crew for the cef grant that was the last winner and then kenny also shared over on twitter all the recent winners from this past weekend so that was pretty cool i think there's a few more there there's a lot of dogs being eaten over labor day weekend so pretty cool this from lobby updates there's a lot of stuff going on in the lobby plants and birr have been cooking so new trivia tab find a full schedule of trivia under this tab and you know you know me i'm gonna be in the trivia often often i set my little timer if it's a category i wanna do yesterday was torture so she put the weekly trivia topics yesterday was amazing discoveries by the decades and i have never felt so dumb and it was good for me it's nice it's nice to you know have some some humility it was good i was really feeling dumb yesterday it was like unbelievable torture the only one that i think i won and that i felt good about but by the way i only got five out of the 10 and that was a win which is crazy three of them i knew because of the big bang theory because it was a discovery that it was in the twenties like it was in the twenty tens or whatever so it was like i'm like that was the only reason since i'm still it was pop culture that got me through big bang theory is a great show if you've never seen it so again lobby updates new trivia tab find full schedule trivia under this tab you can also vote for categories you want tool in for nfl survival survivor pool win usdc by picking a winner every week nfl and cfl fantasy sports coming also choose players score the most points win usdc weekly trivia topics this week wednesday yesterday was amazing discoveries by the decades tortures us all friday is starts with every answer will start with the letter of the hour and then saturday is math by grade levels do you remember algebra no so if you if you are looking to jump me in the leaderboard saturday is a good day to do it go ahead have at it because i'm probably not gonna play at all i might play once and just see how dumb i am but it's really fun i like the trivia it's really fun and they are like i said they are cooking go check it out and friday tomorrow will be starts with every answer will start with the letter of the hour this from our friend mike nyk who wants to play pick nfl play nfl pick them on chain play via banker on the timeline or at bankerball.com so you can play right in this mini app and you just go in you pick make your picks and that's it and you see how you're how you're doing i was wrong yesterday listen there's no way i could not pick new england i had to just you know go for the long shot and i was you know it wasn't like they got a blowout it was they were leading for a while there to like the third i knew i was probably gonna lose that one though but i i couldn't do it my heart wasn't in it i couldn't pick i just couldn't pick seattle i just couldn't do it and then the rest of my picks were basically based on weather like if a hot team was going to a cool climate i gave it to the home team but if the if the other team was coming to a hot climate like i just did some weird things like that that was that was the way i did it and then of course mike was like thank you for picking you know he's like i knew i liked you for picking the g men i'm like no no no no they're playing dallas and i just hate dallas so it was it was really about dallas but yeah go play go play bankerball you can use the banker skill to do so if you'd like which is very cool i like that mike it's it's not just like mike doesn't just like make a mini app he makes a mini app he makes a banker skill he makes like it's like it's very complex we just like how you build mike so and then lastly this from our friends at the firm now live at otter boy macro strategy an experiment using quotient's forecasting technology to automatically trade prediction markets pool fees trading principal trading profits buybacks created by the firm in collaboration with quotient so this is gonna launch via otterboy i don't think it has yet but you can go check that out as well and see what the firm is up to and that is all i got
i feel bad for everyone who didn't get to see the firm do their talk at far con room
i know i know it was so good
i feel so lucky to have been in that room that's how
he was so good like to have been in the room with him in person firm jeff it was a it was a moment i have to say
it was a moment when did the firm launch their like first the firm when everyone was like minting their little
it was it was silly models it was probably like a year ago or something it was a while ago
i couldn't remember it was a year or two years ago like i feel like it was a q like a late three or early q four thing
might have been see how
i'm talking corporate talk for the firm
yes for the firm yes i hear
but i
can remember no idea what they were doing we're like what are these guys up to who are these people who are these grifters what's going on
yeah and guess what i didn't do i didn't touch one part of it i was like dude no one it was a completely a non project yeah everyone jumped in and did it just because their friends did and i was like i'm not doing this anyway i and i was wrong because they were really interested
every once in a while every once in a while
every once in a while
yes like we were we mentioned you earlier that you did have a good i didn't grab the post on twitter but you did have a good post regarding the laptop to end liquidity etcetera so everyone should go check that out
i had a question i just i don't know what this is in reference to al
i've seen you talk you haven't see you build anything lately
it sounds like some like a reference to some niche
we need we need more information oh my god
first time adrienne has ever admitted they were wrong dude go get yourself a cup of coffee who woke up crying
three and and lynx used to be here for all of these you've been gone for a while oh lyrics from oh from another client yes i was like this sounds familiar and i haven't i was like this sounds very familiar but i couldn't place it
i was like yeah
i don't
know if you can grab the
oh my god it's the jam of the autumn
yeah i don't know if you
can grab the the link i just posted in our private chat
grabbing it
i just wanna show something off okay so we were talking about dan's cast we shared his cast where he did his his guide for creating a new client
yeah
and you were asking people how to find it so i asked warp eight to send you a cast that we shared on tuesday's show that had dan's guide for creating a client and i just wanna demo our incredible smart agent who did it for us perfect warpy said found
found it
the cast we feature on tuesday's show with dan's client guide is there so
perfect and the episode the episode page and the cast perfect there you go so you can just go you can ask warpy at any time but also you can just go check out adrian's page now because there it is
just yeah and the reality is there you go it's still the point because i'm warpy's creator i still know how to prompt him the best i think
right
and i at some point i could try to make him smarter for everyone but i guess i have to see if it's worth spending that time
no i mean that wasn't a i don't think that was a particularly
yeah
i mean that was a like generic a detailed prompt a generic prompt someone could yeah it doesn't doesn't feel that i could've i would've said about the same thing and i'm not that you know i'm not that bright yeah pretty good alright there's always an opportunity for another agent so don't be so vacant he is just going through all the lyrics by the way yes to crypto likes your background let me zoom out a little bit
oh
so we get the full the full view i and that photo was live real that is not that is not from the internet that is from rome that was
from our walking tour led by
did an actual walking tour and was like our guide for the city so
yeah how cool beautiful alright anything else adrienne before we call it by the way remember when i was like oh i'm gonna do some stuff for our birthday i didn't do anything
oh no but everyone should know that our three year birthday is sunday and we're gonna celebrate on monday
and we'll probably you know we'll talk about like what this past year was what the past three year three years was and we might have i don't know a little something a little something fun so we'll we'll figure some things out if you wanna give a shout out
yes if you wanna wish us to have a birthday send us a shout out on my end be a
good idea and again we'll read it yeah and we'll read it on the on the show that would be a great way
and you can roast us because yeah you can roast us if you want because we're contractually obligated to read it
why did you just give lynx that idea what was wrong with you it's the
only way it's the only way we'll get him to do anything like what were
you thinking yeah so that's and the reason you know i always i always like to say this as we're wrapping up because it is september 10 so we started september 13 which was a wednesday and the only reason we started on a wednesday was because september 11 was a monday and i was like i cannot start this show on september 11 it just didn't feel right and i always have some i take some time on september 11 to do my own reflection and and memorial because of my personal experience so so i know there's a lot of folks who are in new york and a lot of folks who have connection to that it's the twenty fifth anniversary so that's tomorrow and just gonna be thinking about those who who you know lost their lives either during or after the firefighters all that you know just the the damage that still today we're dealing with so so i always think about that it's something that was very impactful to me so i was like yeah we're gonna start on the thirteenth yeah like i can't do that i just can't do that like i i usually can't even like you know sometimes so there were there were years i couldn't get myself out of bed so like i'm like i ain't doing that but that's why it's a third day so we'll be on monday will be a happy day monday will be a happy day
i was living in new york city on september 11 and just the amount of like just the ptsd of living like just every year and i just remember like you know year one and year two year three and then it really was like at some point i'm like oh it's twenty five years
twenty five so i my parents were flying at the moment at that moment and they were they were on their way to boston from and they were really close to new york so they had to be they dropped it in yeah grounded and it was my parents and my grandmother in atlantic city so because my dad looked out the window and went that's not boston that's the jersey shore where the hell are we yeah so and so i spent
like a year going on on the plane like there's no no starlink no starlink on the planes in 2001
no clue so i was i was having like a full blown panic attack on the ground like just losing my shit so that was my experience and also watching that second plane live while i was watching the today show so like i had a couple years there where i had to do some therapy some serious like emdr therapy to get past that but anyway so you know what it's twenty five years and here we are if you've never visited the memorial and you're from the us highly recommend it's a it's a moment to see it's something to see and and sort of take in and also freedom tower is incredible best elevator i've ever been in in my life and i always say that and people look at me like i'm weird and it's but it's really cool because as you go up it shows you new york being built around you from like dirt and it's from a 100 yeah
from two hundred years ago or whatever it was i i built an elevator
really freaking cool yeah and then you get the most amazing view of new york city that you've ever seen so anyway
alright anything else
i think that's it
i think that's it folks i'm i'm laughing at people in the chat
the chat's been that you guys are awake and ready to roll and we got we got probably it's a lot of like we must have a lot of either early birds or
europeans coasters yeah
yeah early birds and europeans hanging in the chat today and you guys are funny
by the way for people watching on twitter we see your comments we can't text you back while we're live so things are coming in and i'm seeing them but the difference between the twitter comments and the youtube comments are are hilarious and people in youtube are mostly it seems like people we like that are very very active on on farcaster
yep
and people on twitter maybe like finding us not really you know right they kind of it's like new discovery people so hi welcome yeah welcome new and it's the the difference in types of i may i may screenshot some of the twitter comments and post them on farcaster later for the farcaster people to see
love that
to see
yeah and also yeah because it's it's hard to yeah it's unfortunate that there's not a cross view where you could see both at the same time so if you're on youtube you're not seeing the twitter ones unless we show them so yes exactly youtube we are we are unhinged if you want unhinged comments if you want something that feels like a group chat by the way i didn't pull ben roy's thing i'll have to pull that for monday then here you go here you go there's the there's the youtube
anyway alright guys i think we're gonna call it there we'll be back monday to celebrate our third birthday this just in i do not have a toad i don't know how we missed that one for you that's a bummer but good to know at least you know now that you didn't miss anything yesterday toads are toads are like they were when did they come out like i think it was 2021 also i think it was the same year as nouns grumplin's also a nouner so he he created a lot of the nouns art for those who don't know and that's how i got to know him but also like i just i like pixel art so there's a whole group of us who are just a little bit of grumpling grumpling stans so we love him exactly no i don't have i don't have three toads i only have two they were pricey but yes normally true i think
listen you emily junior there's a part of you that is
that is
i'm gonna tell you right now the part of you that i love the most that's the that's your inner florida man yep alright guys and by the way i did mint yesterday brett draws stuff and i think it's still open his swampy's nft collection dropped and i did mint three so i should give one away that's a good point i don't think they've i don't think i don't know if they've revealed yet i gotta go look that's exactly what i did i meant to three so yep there you go alright everybody we're calling it we're calling it and we'll see you on monday have a lovely weekend and until then bye bye
