gm

2:42Speaker 0

farcaster it is what day is it thursday october 1 crazy and you are here with nounishprophet adrienne for let's say thirty seven minutes of farcast news to start your day

2:58Speaker 1

i recommend we do nineteen minutes to well no twenty one twenty one minutes

3:02Speaker 0

we're going back to twenty one

3:04Speaker 1

yeah bring it back to the og

3:05Speaker 0

bring it back to the og i think we have a little bit more than that today but we'll see maybe not i'm just still tweeting and casting out and letting people know we're live

3:16Speaker 1

happy happy q four

3:18Speaker 0

happy happy q four we are here i still haven't done my expenses from q whatever but i'll get on that oh kelly i'll get on that q three just things on my to do list that is growing alright we did have this and this was very interesting so robinhood had a little event and they announced a few things robinhood adds perps weekend stocks and ai traders to their everything app but here's the big thing that i noticed people are talking about and i by the way if you go back and watch me break down jesse's announcement where he basically you know threw farcaster under the bus you'll hear me say robinhood is gonna have social and there you go it's official robinhood social is now rolled out to everyone on the platform we started with verified trades now you can share stock and crypto charts realize p and l and portfolio allocations too the conversation on social starts now yeah like who couldn't have seen that coming oh my god so oh crypto and social are dead no they're not no they're not you just did it poorly and here's the proof of that because that was so obvious to me because if you think about robinhood and when it really took off it was because of people using social platforms to communicate with each other and then make recommendations a la roaring kitty to you know buy things they were buying things in a social manner so there you go like duh just duh this was obvious so asap get your shit together farcaster get your shit together this is an obvious play of things that can be happening in in social crypto has always been social it will always be social and even robinhood knows that rant over clip that clip that clip

5:22Speaker 0

alright so that was like really the only big news moving on to farcaster news this was really really funny king saw this article with a photo that looked like gary tan and said gary tan you good bro and gary tan answered wasn't me so

5:46Speaker 0

gary tan is still paying attention to farcaster so there you go now you can use farcaster for proof of life and apologies to this poor tech exec who passed away don't know what happened there i don't know what's going on there didn't even read it but there was some some stuff going on there but i did think that was pretty funny and it did look just like him so i get i get why that was a concern

6:11Speaker 0

then we have this from our friend ulla lagrange this is a really good article how crypto eats wall street and it's very long it's over on twitter it's very very long and detailed about

6:30Speaker 0

using zk proofs for credentials and how that can work so that you're not kyc'ing all over the place especially for businesses in particular and this ties into what we were talking about the last show that hester peirce was talking about as she was leaving which tomorrow i believe is her official retirement day but at the end he does say this this is how crypto eats wall street by winning the business of distributing and providing services around its assets if wall street wants access to that distribution it can bring its financial products to our wallets our applications and our chains investors get good financial products through through thousands of front end applications and crypto builders compete to give them better ways to invest trade and borrow and i just thought it was a really interesting discussion and he does get into some tech a little bit not super technical but a little bit of technical details about how this all works and how it's beneficial so i'll give it a read thought it was very good

7:30Speaker 1

but do you know how to pronounce his name the most important thing

7:34Speaker 0

euler euler lagrange euler i know i'm saying euler but it's euler lagrange

7:39Speaker 1

and and and it's not his name

7:41Speaker 0

of course his name is yeah

7:42Speaker 1

to to we know him as harsh but we don't

7:46Speaker 0

i've never oh i'll never call him that

7:48Speaker 1

euler but he likes when we make he likes when we mispronounce his name

7:52Speaker 0

yes i i do usually i usually say euler i know it's euler

7:56Speaker 1

but rhymes with euler yeah

7:58Speaker 0

i like it as euler but really good good good write up liked it go give it a read this from adrienne brands won't disappear software won't disappear apis won't disappear databases certainly won't disappear but you i might what tell talk a little bit about this article that you'd shared the death of apps has already begun and it was in web designer depot

8:22Speaker 1

yeah i just someone shared this with me people have been talking about this for a long time and i just thought the guy who wrote this wrote it in a way that was like a quick little read but it's the concept of like everything we do in kind of the internet era is through app interface like mhmm if you look at your phone you have an app for everything you wanna do like you have an app to book a flight a separate one you know you have to download a delta app or a united app if you want different flights you have apps to book reservations and there's like three different reservation ones you've got your calendar app you've got your email app just like there's like an app for everything and the idea that in the agent world agents don't really need the ui and he's he's this he's really a designer so he's talking about all the things like the designers have done to make software easy to use over the years i mean if you look at kind of the history of the internet i mean if people saw these what internets what these websites look like twenty years ago i don't think they'd know how to use

9:20Speaker 0

them how about thirty years ago like like early days

9:24Speaker 1

are we that old yeah yeah who is it

9:26Speaker 0

yes my friend we are

9:29Speaker 1

so yeah you're right it's already 2026

9:33Speaker 0

it's even more it's even actually more than thirty but we'll we'll stop at thirty just tonight

9:38Speaker 1

i just like stop time when anyway so the idea is like you still need to build software but agents will kind of communicate through apis like back almost like back end to back end and and the of how you how you operate and and interact with software so i think some people disagree with this and i think most likely is the disagreement comes around timing like maybe it's not yet and i think there's still

10:06Speaker 0

i think saying that everyone's using an agent is way too early because that's not what's happening most people are using an app to communicate with with ai right now they're not using agents directly or they're interacting with agents but they're not they don't necessarily have their own that's doing all the things for them i think because of the bubble we live in it feels like that but as soon as you step out just a little bit you'll see that that's not the case like

10:35Speaker 1

right but extrapolate to what does the world look like in five years

10:39Speaker 0

or right

10:39Speaker 1

ten years from now so you know like why am i looking at a little screen little screen or big screen like we're still everything you're doing is still kind of through the the mode of the screen and screens need ui but so it was a it was just it's it's stuff we've been talking about before but i thought this was like a just a someone shared this with me i thought it was a nice

11:00Speaker 0

yeah it's interesting and it's and it's worth the it's yeah it's and it's another thing that's worth a read it definitely is interesting and i think that there's a lot to it and i think there's some people who absolutely that will be their world they won't be on screens as much but i i just don't see it happening that quickly i just don't but we'll see we'll see oh that's funny i just i didn't i didn't see that one

11:25Speaker 1

euler

11:26Speaker 0

euler euler euler anyway moving on this one chris co created this is another this one this went back and forth a little bit ultimately an artist is anyone who engages with the raw material of reality sound movement language code or social dynamics with enough mastery emotional honesty and intentionality that the finished work changes how someone else experiences being alive so this was an article called at what point can you call yourself an artist philosophies histories etc and this was a really back and forth discussion with brad q throughout this thread there's a whole bunch in there really interesting about what makes an artist and by the way you got brought up in there often whether or not you i didn't even read it i know you have to go and read it

12:19Speaker 1

was it seniors or is it

12:20Speaker 0

no it was about you you personally whether or not you qualify as an artist for wow the coding that you do so something like is war today art or is it just software right so that was the discussion that was the discussion so i i came at it from i think some code is art because if you look at somebody like a tyler hobbs the output is art but he is specifically coding he is not he is not physically going i'm gonna make this look like this he creates code looks at the output curates it but he's the the the code itself is the art in that case and jack butcher is similar in that regard not every artist is like that even digital artists like i wouldn't say beeple is doing that beeple's not doing that beeple is doing a very visual moving things around kind of thing so i think there's sometimes that code is art but brad's response back to that was no it's the output that's the art and i just i just disagree in certain circumstances i disagree in like a tyler hobbs circumstance i disagree i think the code is the art

13:32Speaker 1

okay i have a super broad definition of this now i wish i had okay bumped into the comments but i totally agree with chris of like it's like it is the it's not the output it is the kind of how someone perceives something i think it is about feeling it's how does something make you feel and does it change you in a in a way

13:57Speaker 1

like and and and you can't really gatekeep and you can't really tell someone what art is right it's also super personal so i'm gonna say even having that conversation of like this is art this isn't an art is like the wrong conversation to have right i'm reading this book by louis ck which i don't know if you saw that conversation because

14:20Speaker 0

i posted about it you post about it and i didn't read i didn't read the replies so i didn't see the conversation

14:26Speaker 1

but did you pull trish's cast about how her replies got hijacked and then yes with the rap battle okay

14:34Speaker 0

yes

14:35Speaker 1

and she was laughing

14:36Speaker 0

so we'll get to that

14:37Speaker 1

posted about louisa hughes' book and then my replies kinda got hijacked about a debate about whether about cancellation and

14:45Speaker 0

okay

14:45Speaker 1

people thinking he should still be canceled whatever i that's not what i wanted to talk about but last night in the book it's a novel this character i don't even wanna go into it too much but this character starts talking about poems like he's he writes about this like poor little orphan boy who gets kicked out of his house like grew up in like the poor countryside no zero education completely illiterate like had no exposures and then like at 10 years old gets kicked out of his house and has to go live on his own it's a very mark twain style story it's very much written for boys like he it's like a it's like this i think a story about growing up as a boy and what manliness is and although i i somehow i just relate to boys so much in the inside of me i think i'm like i don't know i just i really really liked what he's writing anyway so this boy goes on this adventure and at the end he eventually learns to read i'm trying not to give spoilers but he reads a poem and he describes like oh he just learned what a poem is and he talks about how it makes him feel and it's like so different and i'm like yeah that's like you understand the poetry it's like yeah i don't know what it i don't need to dissect what a poem is but when i read something like does it make me feel something and how does i change and that's like the way i look at art like when i go to if i go to an art museum like i'll just stand in front of something and just like try to observe like how

16:09Speaker 0

feel

16:09Speaker 1

what's it doing to me

16:11Speaker 0

yeah so yeah absolutely

16:13Speaker 1

say yeah broadcaster is art word of day

16:17Speaker 0

not yeah

16:17Speaker 1

but

16:18Speaker 0

and you can make that call as the quote unquote artist you know wait

16:24Speaker 1

you can make

16:25Speaker 0

that call

16:25Speaker 1

as an artist

16:26Speaker 0

you as an artist could say it's not art i think if you are the creator of the thing so you as the creator of world of today can be the one who would say no this isn't art now is warpy art i don't know sometimes

16:41Speaker 1

or is art not or does the create can the creator not define like can the artist not say what is art it's really for

16:48Speaker 0

still who it's how it's perceived could be yeah could be anyway it was an interesting conversation there are still interesting conversations happening with farcaster and there you go so come on over

17:00Speaker 1

because it's a social network

17:02Speaker 0

and then also there was this from you it's in the definition of seniors so this is in response to max jackson saying when someone on x finds success people feel jealousy everyone else feels like competition when someone on farcaster finds success i'm proud it's like a win for the home team watching a family member succeed and that was like the absolute absolutely in the definition of seniors for those of you who haven't aren't familiar with this this was something that adrienne had done a whole talk on at the very first far con and the second far con as to whether or not farcaster was a seniors and this is part of that thinking that you're not just out for yourself you're you're out for the whole crew and i do feel this even when i see that crossover when i see something on when i see somebody on x who's starting to blow up like deployer is a good example quotient like just all different things over time i am very happy to see that because i know them from parcaster and i got to know them there and i see like just different just different aspects like that make me happy to see so yeah i agree i feel that

18:16Speaker 1

agree

18:17Speaker 0

agree is it still a cns i think there are remnants i think there are remnants of the sinus

18:26Speaker 1

i'm gonna say no

18:28Speaker 0

no at this moment in time no but that's what i mean but i still that's what i mean by remnants yeah like i still feel that but it's coming from a different time it's not necessarily coming from this

18:39Speaker 1

time memories exactly

18:41Speaker 0

occasionally like when i saw bazaar beast with his you know stuff he's doing i feel a little bit of that but it's still feeling like it's from a different time it's not necessarily from this time could it come back maybe i think it really depends on the next owner and if they wanna lean into that and try and rebuild that feeling i'd like to hope so but we shall see but i think there's something special of that nature like i do think that is a special that was a special thing about

19:14Speaker 0

farcaster and i do would like to see that return it would be nice to see alright but in the seniors thing was seniors the first word of the day was it

19:26Speaker 1

i'm pretty sure it never was a word of a day oh really because it's not a word

19:32Speaker 0

oh true it's well i guess it is well i don't know is it in the dictionary

19:39Speaker 1

i don't know that's a good question it's a it's a portmanteau of

19:43Speaker 0

a word

19:44Speaker 1

but i don't think it's a

19:46Speaker 0

i don't know love to ask merriam webster on that one but in the seniors vein we do have some builders building things and we like to talk about them and this is from justin on what's an on chain trust graph good for example an account joins your telegram group chat posing as someone you know well using their name and photo and then asks you for money feels a bit off so you ask your agent running quidly connect mcp to verify and when it checks your trust graph it can read that this account isn't your contact who you've registered at full trust names and photos can be copied but the trust you establish on chain to someone's real account can't give your agent the same check n px slash y quidly slash connect mcp very cool and it made me think of course that trust is the real currency i always say the real currency of web three but you're right it's just the real currency of the world so very cool

20:46Speaker 0

implementation of the trust graph and love to see more of this type of thing happening did you figure out if sinus is a word

20:55Speaker 1

it's not

20:56Speaker 0

it's not

20:57Speaker 1

it's not in the it's not in the official dictionaries

20:59Speaker 0

okay okay semantics yes there we go we had this is from 7858.eth we had fun playing semanticcentering.xyz again today how it works two words show up and then everyone races to type the word that sits right between them and a jev powered judge awards you points based on how close you got it's definitely more fun with more players you should join us and this semantic and centering and then he did say that he's gonna host a game today this was said this i think this was yesterday anyway i think there's a game today at 11am so look for that yeah that was actually yeah he did say 11am eastern and i'll be around until 1pm eastern everyone gets a chance to drop in so look for that at 11am today here's a more of an example of this you see two words you have to write the word that's at the semantic middle point between the two of them for example if the words are robot and horse you might type motorcycle or carousel you get points for speed and good answers takers so there you go interesting new new word game new approach i like it interesting

22:16Speaker 1

definitely wanna

22:17Speaker 0

try and do it today did you what was it what was the words yesterday

22:22Speaker 1

oh i don't even remember and what's funny is the it seems like you start with two words

22:27Speaker 0

set of 10

22:28Speaker 1

whoever wins whoever wins the round like that winning word becomes the seed for one of them so like it it kind of launches so if we said robot and horse and someone said motorcycle then the next round would be motorcycle and then another random word

22:43Speaker 0

oh okay that's kinda cool alright i'm setting the timer so i don't forget so 11am eastern few a couple hours from now go check it out very cool we have this from the firm the inventive boffins at macrostrat firm have unveiled insider strategy an engine for copy trading politicians we await their first execution with moderate to great interest so this is introducing insider strategy turning the capital into capital somehow the people with access to insider information are really good at picking stocks i know isn't that weird macro strategy will allow copy trade the master traders in congress this is fascinating we've seen this for a while where people were doing that they have like they used to have a you know pelosi portfolio and things like that so this is interesting very interesting the firm i know the firms have been working pretty closely with quotient as well on prediction market stuff too so i think this is similar very interesting so we'll see how that works out this from kenny comments are now included in the poid activity feed the poidh now you can see everything happening on poidh it even has reply bumping obviously and that was the reason i pulled this cast because kenny i just love your commitment to the bit he will never let it go he likes reply bumping

24:17Speaker 0

i love that so anyway i think that's cool it's almost like crypto is social what are you gonna do there you go so love it love it love to see it this from floor of the bus project that happened at farcon rome come on load for me the final act of the bus project assembly draws near 111 hand drawn traits made by attendees at farcon rome now coming together as randomly assembled on chain bus on base mint opens tuesday october 6 have a farcon voucher burn it for a bust gas only no claim deadline no voucher or want another one mint for 0.005 eth the collection will hold up to eleven eleven busts including ten one of wands that will reveal later at a point in time mint through the farcaster mini app and watch your bust take shape i think we have a one of one actually mhmm if i remember correctly we did one i don't know if it made it in the final collection but i believe so so i'll be looking for that but very cool this was very like a physical art that became digital as opposed to the other way around so very cool good to see the final final vision coming to fruition speaking of physical we have this from flexosaurus come on load for me why are you being slow and loading

25:49Speaker 0

this was interesting i did something ridiculous i put rewind on a tv so just to back up for a moment flexosaurus once mtv stopped showing videos took an archive of all the mtv videos all the music videos and put them onto a website called mtv rewind and or just rewind i should say i don't think he's using their trademark and now he created this i put rewind on a tv not casting not screen mirroring a dedicated little box and remote that turns your tv into music television again and it works so i'm making a 100 of them hand numbered founding edition that's it rewind tv zero zero one to 100 so that's pretty cool

26:32Speaker 1

like if he's making a physical tv

26:35Speaker 0

he's making a physical little box that you connect to your tv and it has a little remote

26:41Speaker 1

and

26:41Speaker 0

yeah very interesting different builders are building things in the physical world haven't seen that in a while so very cool so for those of us who are wanting to go back to the eighties and nineties there you go this from colin every domain lookup site looks like it's from 2004 so i built one i wanted as a side project head r dot r s or headers type in any website and see where it's hosted the route your traffic takes to get there what it's built with who registered it and which ai bots it lets in fast free no sign up works from a terminal or as an mcp server for agents so very interesting very very interesting and you can see a little demo in this video here very cool i like it when builders are like i need this for me and i'm gonna share it with the rest of you so very cool colin like it and you're right they do all look like they're from 2004 or even further back as we were just talking about you guys have no idea how bad the websites were this from burr special shout out to zero x jud and theo minaex minaex for our latest trivia round letter loops in the lobby's newest partner you can find daily games providing real iacs prizes every wednesday trivia will also be sponsored by the letter loops team this was always a direction for the lobby partner with outstanding projects distribute tokens ensure those tokens are distributed fairly and widely thank you to judd and co looking forward to this and much more so yesterday all the trivia was word based you actually would have enjoyed it i oh i should have messaged you and said get in here because it was it was definitely your vibe so like it was like one round was all different animal groups and what they're called like you know a murder of crows you know flamboyance of flamingos things like that and but then like the next one was something completely different so it was it was fun it was different so i like the i like to see the collab with letter loops very cool and then oh also today coming up at 2pm i don't know if everybody gets to play or if it's just me brad and jc but it's friends trivia at 02:00 and i think

29:18Speaker 0

there might be a farcaster space that's gonna come up or you might be able to listen on the lobby app but look for burr burr will be posting something about that i'm sure soon but we're going yeah we're going head to head on some friends trivia there's like three rounds 60 questions see how we do

29:38Speaker 0

i expect to win this from word today word today was originally launched on farcaster then brought to x until now they've been separate games that's about to change one global game one leaderboard one streak play wherever you want coming soon so what are you doing over there

29:56Speaker 1

isn't isn't that cast clear does that make sense

29:59Speaker 0

would you like to expand upon that and why you did this

30:04Speaker 1

alright so word of day is my little side project that we launched under our gm forecaster labs it's a daily vocab game and the whole idea is you learn a word like by the way there's a billion word a day like emails and social accounts to learn a word a day what makes this one different is you actually have to use it in one of your posts to prove that you learned it and then you get scored at the end of the day to see how you did and there's a leaderboard so it's a whole kind of competition on who can use the word the best i built it on farcaster and i talked about this because i just wanted to build a mini app that also had token integration and wallet integration so on farcaster

30:46Speaker 0

you have to hold a

30:47Speaker 1

certain amount of word a day clinker that we clanked and it was like just really fun to build anyway it seemed like people like the game so i was like oh let's expand it because i wanted to reach more people so i built it on twitter

31:06Speaker 1

and they were completely separate like it was like two different or like the idea i had was like people on twitter would be a different game but it didn't really make sense that way anymore because there weren't that it's like why not just make it a single game i don't know

31:18Speaker 0

and single leaderboard yeah

31:20Speaker 1

single leaderboard

31:23Speaker 1

so that's it now so whether you're playing you can post on firecaster or you can post on twitter you gotta connect your accounts at wordofday.com but

31:33Speaker 1

yeah it was a a simple thing and then i would do i still wanna add it to threads i wanna add it to blue sky like make it so that you can kinda post anywhere and then

31:41Speaker 0

and i told you i think that it actually would have some legs on threads there's a lot

31:47Speaker 1

playing with each other book thing

31:49Speaker 0

there's a lot of bookkeeping threads surprisingly like there's a lot of authors who post on there there's a lot of like book discussion so i think it might it might do something there so you never know

32:00Speaker 1

i i started adding playing around with threads i created a word a day account on

32:04Speaker 0

oh cool

32:05Speaker 1

instagram and threads

32:06Speaker 0

nice i gotta go follow it so word-a-day.com for all the info if you're looking for that i like i said i've been enjoying threads threads is a weird little corner of the internet

32:23Speaker 1

but are you enjoying word have you been playing word today

32:26Speaker 0

i started playing word today again i played yesterday because i saw that and i said oh peculiar i know exactly what i'm gonna say so i did i went in and did it

32:35Speaker 1

by the way theomaniax is the omniax

32:39Speaker 0

the omniax thank you i like theomaniax so much better

32:43Speaker 1

i like theomaniax as well

32:45Speaker 0

theomaniax is so much better i don't know what you're talking about i'm going with theomaniax

32:51Speaker 0

i i mess up names so so

32:53Speaker 1

the i kept it the was one of our early shout outs and i don't think it was that like i forget which account actually did it but there was a they did already shout out to the eye

33:06Speaker 0

oh okay

33:07Speaker 1

which is i'm trying to remember

33:09Speaker 0

why am i looking fuzzy why am i looking fuzzy okay clear yourself there we go alright couple more things couple more fun things on the timeline kenji quest dropping more videos this one was funny it's a friends based video but it is mole and it is very funny so this is from kenji quest new video dropped it's fwen's or is it faren's episode one the recipe did a bunch of experimental stuff some good some rough around the edges look at dan on the dan's farcaster recipes cookbook that was funny did a bunch of experimental stuff some good some rough around the edges timing and tone is hard brought to you through the wonderful tech of imagine so it was really funny it's it's cute and i like that he's still still pushing it and i got i got tagged in this because it was friends this was trish's could really use a mute this conversation when riots break up my comments this got so funny between linx and on and they just went on and on and on so that then kenji quest made a whole song rap battle song based on mute called mute this conversation

34:38Speaker 0

so there you go things that spark things that things that spark joy in kenji quest the artist so very funny but this thing i mean they went back and forth for a while and it was really funny so i highly recommend you go go take a peek i started a new channel and actually i think it was kenji west who said in this economy and i went i know right i know right

35:04Speaker 1

did you pay for it

35:05Speaker 0

i did i did with warps no not with warps with usdc i was like you know what it's time so it is a reality channel for discussions about competition shows real housewives dancing with the stars or whatever reality unscripted show you would like to talk about here you go drop it in here and then like i saw coversa talking about wonka's golden ticket which i have not watched yet and i was like oh i need to go watch that i've heard a few people talking about this so if you're watching any of these shows and you want to try and find other people to chat with you about it go drop it in this channel it is open to everybody yeah the traders just started again survivor just started again amazing race started last night there's a lot going on and i'm i'm tired of having to go to threads to talk about it so i made a channel i know there's only like five people who are paying who this applies to but i'm gonna find all five of you there we go and then we had this this was really funny and i'm just gonna you're not gonna be able to hear it but i'm just gonna play it a little bit this is funny so this guy was lit he's like i was going to the atm he had his airpods in he's listening to he said his podcast it was giggly squad and he's listening to giggly squad and he's at the atm and somebody comes up to him and he doesn't even hear him and he takes his airpods out and he so he goes what it's not his airpods his headphones he goes what he said give me your money and he said no thank you he goes what i said give me your money he said no thank you he's like okay well you at least buy me a sandwich and he said no thank you

36:51Speaker 1

the guy was pretending to have a gun under his shirt

36:53Speaker 0

pretending it like it was yes he was pointing his finger underneath but he thought you know it could have been a gun this was midday he's inside like an atm vestibule or whatever like i don't know if or maybe it's on the outside i'm not sure which no i think there's like a little vestibule and he's point and he's like pointing it at him but at first he doesn't even hear him because he's listening to his podcast so yeah if you're listening to gm forecast right now and somebody tries to rob you just try no thank you but be careful out there be careful out there but what this reminded me of was and then he said and thank you i'm going back to listen to giggly squat now this reminded me of my mother this is a long time ago this is when she was still working this is back in brockton massachusetts main street she used to you know she would go drop off a deposit at the bank and then go pick up dinner or something so she's going to pick up dinner at this spaghetti place i can't remember the name of it italian kitchen and she's walking down the sidewalk and this like teenager with an actual gun like points it at her to grab her purse and she just walks around the cars keeps walking goes into the italian kitchen doesn't even stop doesn't and then then they call the police in there when she gets in there but she was but basically that was her no thank you

38:18Speaker 1

not not not today not today today sweetie

38:20Speaker 0

i not today sweetie not happening i am not gonna do this no way no how sorry wrong and that's exactly what it reminded me of i'm like oh my god my mother did this exact thing exact thing and she was probably like in her forties at the time what she saw this tina and she was just like i no i've had a long day we're not doing this not in the mood no absolutely not she just kept walking just walked around him kept walking and that was it i was like oh it's her no thank you i'm like it was the first thing as soon as i saw this i'm like oh my mother did that no thank you no thank you

39:00Speaker 1

i guess try that try your words you can do it use your words right that's what we tell our toddlers use your words

39:08Speaker 0

i don't know why i keep i'm so fuzzy i don't know you're very out of focus yeah

39:12Speaker 1

you're very yeah

39:13Speaker 0

i don't know why my camera's doing weird things

39:15Speaker 1

today worry

39:16Speaker 0

yeah there we go it needs to be white balanced or something so that's why i keep holding my hand up very strange anyway where did you get your giggly squad hat i got it on their website and this is this is a giggly squad women in stem of the week mug as well yeah

39:36Speaker 1

i don't get it

39:38Speaker 0

they always joke about like they started doing women in stem of the week but it's always like not really necessarily women in stem i mean it's women doing something like scientific or technical but sometimes it's not really like really scientific or technical it's more of a joke they also talk about women in the arts you know women of stem of the week they'll see something on there if somebody's done something like creative and yeah they call it out so that's my mug but i love my hat and i also just bought some stuff from daphne which is paige desorbo's new company that it's mostly like like lounge wear like pajamas things like that but they also have this hannah they have the hannah tee which is just a big giant t shirt super comfortable and they had one that they were doing a collab with st jude's so i just bought that so it's going to benefit you st jude's

40:40Speaker 1

a friend of a friend of mine was just telling me like something happened in their life and it was like and she immediately was like oh my god i need to call and tell my friend you know how something happens she's like oh i gotta tell my friend and then she realized the friend she wanted to call was like hey brianna i don't know i don't know like i forgot which one and then she was like wait they're not i'm not friends with them like there's a total

41:04Speaker 0

i have a pair of social relationship with paige and hannah

41:08Speaker 1

no but she literally said she brought her phone out she was like ah this is hilarious like he was like i'm gonna call my friend and i was like

41:15Speaker 0

oh that's funny that's really funny

41:17Speaker 1

really funny so i

41:18Speaker 0

well i had that same honestly when i when i saw i saw this video and i almost posted this and i almost tagged them and then i was like no i don't feel like typing this all out to talk about my mom but i was thinking the same thing when i saw the because i saw the video first and then they talked about it on the pod but i it was like so funny it was like oh i should i'm like oh my gosh i should go tell them about that and i'm like they don't care why am i gonna do that but i do have those moments and that's why i'm very i never watched dancing with the stars this season mall in mall in i'm voting ciara from summerhouse

41:56Speaker 1

oh i don't know who that is i don't know

41:58Speaker 0

sierra from summerhouse she's she's friends with paige and hannah like but i've been watching summerhouse since it started so yeah i'm very invested i also like mara and mark from because they were both on the traders and their first dance was all traders themed i'm like i'm i'm invested i've never watched the freaking show i've never voted it's the first time i've ever voted i'm in there like 10 votes sierra i forget invested so there you go so that's what i'll be talking about in reality alright what is the price of a channel these days it is 25 usdc as of now i mean i have no idea what's gonna happen with the new owner but yeah that's what it cost no it never it was always 25 it used to be 25 was it 2,500 or 25,000 warps 2,500 warps 2,500 warps something like that but it was always $25 it's always been $25 it just used to be in warps so if you had warps like if you were given warps or something then sometimes it was free like adrienne used to make channel as a service channels as a service because she had so many warps

43:12Speaker 1

i must have made 10 channels for people so hopefully people appreciated that channel as a service

43:20Speaker 0

channel as a service because she had so many no the hannah the hannah tee the hannah t shirt hannah is the other co host of giggly squad it's paige's best friend paige is the one who started the company so she named one of the like hannah's very like sporty so she doesn't wear like frilly pajamas and stuff and paige is very like girly so the hannah tee is just a very basic but really big oversized tee t shirt so that's why it's called the hannah tee

43:54Speaker 0

this episode brought to you by giggly squad by the way who who started originally back in covid on instagram live doing this little show grew their podcast and now just got just did a deal with siriusxm and it's reportedly a 140,000,000 in there good for them in the deal amazing like amazing incredible so good for them very good for them proud of them and they also won like podcast of the year at iheartradio which they're not even on iheartradio so that's pretty crazy usually that doesn't happen usually they keep that stuff in house so amazing i think they were probably trying to court them they were probably in the deal they were probably one of the proposals out there and trying to get them in but yeah it's it's my favorite other podcast besides this one so anyway maybe maybe they could buy farcaster you don't even understand how much i would love that that would make me so happy that would never happen that would never happen but i would love that alright anything else adrienne we mentioned at the top but a lot of people weren't here yet monday we have abram coming on from splits so we'll be on at 11:30am he'll be joining us at the top of the hour at noon still awaiting for those who usually ask and usually it's the folks on twitter we still don't have our new owner yet but you know hopefully soon should be coming soon and hopefully we will have a show dedicated to that as well but we will definitely be reporting on it as soon as we know and anything else adrienne
