let me preface this by saying i love you all but i have been casting for weeks, maybe months, that my DCs are constantly overflowing at 200+ or 300+ what makes you think that sending me a DC about FarCon when we provided an email address is a good idea??? like are you trying to kill me

655 very recently created Warpcast accounts (FIDs > 400K) Shady follow-for-follow tactics — in conjunction with a network of inauthentic accounts — create the illusion of large audiences (min of 1.2K followers) cc: @goldball @lnoir @blackbori @roroland @david-caster @enkkang @jin7776 @mokimukja @kek1133 @yubely

Our goal is to scale Farcaster to 1 million daily users. Farcaster will need to handle 10,000 messages / second while staying credibly decentralized. Clever user of another mobile client. Use it for notifications and pair with a cast action. Could even experiment with a Home Screen PWA as a lightweight way to "install" notifications for a mobile device.

We recently added avatars to Warpcast push notifications, esp. for DCs. Surprised more apps don't do this.

Shipping this week in Farcaster: 1. Fixes for Warpcast DC bugs 2. Fixes for Warpcast android crashes 3. Shuttle (aka the new Hubble replicator) 4.
