PSA — we're investigating and fixing a bug related to streak counts. By end of day today: 1. We will make sure everyone's count is accurate 2. If cast, the count will update instantly (We had a periodic job running vs. instant but will make that faster today.)

Fun thing about streaks is that this is exactly how i became active on Farcaster. @vm encouraged me to give Farcaster another chance. I set a goal to cast daily for 30 days, found good people and convos, and retained.

I turned off streaks on WC: - I already have other streaks, like duolingo. I don’t want another obligation. - I perceive my activity on warpcast to be neutral. I spend a lot of time here and anymore would be unhealthy - There is no intrinsic motivation for me to start it I acknowledge it can be fun for other ppl but not for me. And that’s ok!

what if channels could reward their members based on the quality of their streaks? soon...

Haven’t cast in its specific channel since setting up a streak days ago. Now there’s a goal and I’m not interested. Just me?
