Building an AI bot in public (updates cont.) ✅Rudimentary workflow routing is complete. When you tag the bot and ask it a question, it now figures out whether it should look at transcripts or metadata to answer it. Example: "tell me about farcade" will search through transcripts and "tell me when chuckstock was on the show" will search through metadata. Roadmap: - Add a new workflow path to answer questions like "what were the highlights from the episode with chuckstock". For this question, the bot needs to get the full transcript from a specific episode, instead of just searching through all transcripts or just metadata. - Improve conversation ability. Bot has rudimentary capability to have thread awareness but I learned there's a better way to handle this than prompt injection (https://platform.openai.com/docs/api-reference/chat/create) - Create an additional database of all casts ever mentioned on our show What else would you like to see it do? Yes, Warpcast is looking good, that's not debatable. But let's not forget that X is paying out from income (ad payments) not a temporary marketing budget. That's a huge difference when evaluating on revenue potential alone. There are plenty of reasons to love Farcaster, but Warpcast Rewards /= sustainable income. That narrative will only result in resentment later on when it dilutes out and dries up. Come for the rewards, stay for the __________. Gotta solve for that before the churn comes around again. Frames is a good potential answer, but we're a ways out from monetizing frames to a level that can compete w/ web2 ad revenue.

I'm refactoring @warpee.eth today to prepare for adding workflow routing so it can start to answer different types of questions. Making it more modular so it will be easier and safer to make future changes. Deleting unused code. I'm also not happy with the results from the current prompt, and I keep making small tweaks which only gives worse replies.
