like many i am shocked by the proxy news. without a doubt, he has been a catalyst for fc ecosystem dev, globally i also believe in second chances. i believe people make mistakes and can change. but hiding your past is not how you earn a second chance. you have to own your mistakes, not run from them. gm.

As someone very active in the @base.base.eth and Clanker ecosystems, I wanted to say a few words about today’s drama. First of all, as many have said before, this team is extremely cracked. @dish is an amazing dev and an even better person. @btayengco, @m00npapi.eth, @fffflood, @lobstermindset.eth — legends, all. The fact that they’ve trauma-bonded and pulled together to move forward in this moment when the temptation could be to cut and run is, in my view, very long-term bullish. There will obviously be uncertainty and volatility, as with anything of this nature, but I don’t doubt the team will continue to ship and support the ecosystem they’ve helped build. [cont…]

There is no "shadowbanning" on Warpcast. If you make a top-level cast, it will show up in the feeds of everyone who follows you. You don't have to take my word for it. Cast something, take a friends phone and scroll to the bottom of their feed. Your cast will show up at some point - it will be higher up if they interact with you a lot, and lower down if they don't.

In 4.5 years of working on Farcaster, the dumbest niche meme has been “you can’t speak the truth on Farcaster without fear of retribution”. Just because you say something and then someone disagrees with you (or ignores you), that’s not retribution.

I spent a little time with casters at FC who complained about not getting enough distribution. I found three problems that affected most casters. If you want to increase your distribution, try fixing these first.
