I’ve actually read this one (erc-7777) I do think this is what we’re looking to do in the long run and makes a ton of sense to me. That’s why with roc camera we want the device to own its own keys because how else are machines vehicles robots and digitally physical ai in the world going to prove itself and prove to other machines it’s never met that it is real and it’s sensor attestation This was one of the reasons we are building roc camera tbh

Lesson learned: take the paved road. Will happily go back to the unpaved road of miniapps but for building admin tools that have no farcaster requirement and no need for distribution, using next-auth and google libraries made this so much easier.

Some thoughts / advice on mini app and general safety in case helpful 1. We have automatic transaction scanning within mini apps that prevents dangerous “send me all your money” attacks 2. Be skeptical when approving significantly more balance than necessary for a transaction, especially if asking for all. You can always use the Smol Frame mini app made by @horsefacts.eth for revoking contract approvals 3. Check the creator of the mini app. If something feels off, it's completely okay to be skeptical and double check things. Even if you know the user, individual accounts can get compromised or the username could be a slight edit of it to look similar (common attacks that extend to outside of Farcaster and outside of crypto) 4. Swaps now succeed 96.8% of the time (in addition to completing in 2.5s) Some of these are due to (intentional) slippage settings which prevent a trade from going through if the price has moved too much. All other issues, we're going to keep fixing. Big shoutout to @slokh for improving the reliability of swaps!
