The work and stakes are real, but if our building becomes so relentless that it leaves no room for joy, passion, or purpose, something essential has been lost. Between difficult decisions, stubborn bugs, audacious ideas, unexpected pivots, and hard-won breakthroughs, there should always be room for a mirthful moment among Builders. Perhaps the real treasure really was the Builder frens made along the way. Not instead of what we build, but as part of it. Every shared idea, ridiculous experiment, hard season, breakthrough, and encouraging word becomes part of the foundation. I’m thankful for the many friends I’ve made here, and honoured to walk alongside them as they build their dreams into Empires. Build with conviction. Take the responsibility seriously. But never become so solemn about building that you forget to enjoy these precious moments all together. And hey, you can always pivot to adding prediction market functionality. 😉

I think it's not so much an issue of including your mini-app as a link etc, but more so making sure to change up the text as well, provide value and information As long as you're being entertaining, or educational, etc etc, basically 'of value' vs just spamming the timeline with the same link, visual, copy, you should be fine. Talk about what you're doing with the mini-app. Why you're doing it. Who it's for. Etc etc. There are a bazillion (approximately) ways you can share info about your mini-app in feed that aren't spammy. Whereas just spamming with low/no context etc? copy pasta? That's going to likely alienate people, and not only get you lowered @neynar score but also potentially lead to people unfollowing or muting you on their end, which is counter to your desired aim of finding/onboarding new users etc. Be of value 🙏 Yerbearsker, Founder of EmpireBuilder.world (providing a lot of value, and then sliding in the link for more visual recognition/touch point/top of mind/etc. Aka not spammy 😉)

Some perspective on yesterday's SEC/CFTC crypto classification release, because I think both the hype and the skepticism are missing pieces. What makes this structurally different from past guidance: The SEC and CFTC issued this jointly. Those two agencies have been fighting over crypto jurisdiction for years. Them aligning on a single document, with the CFTC agreeing to administer the Commodity Exchange Act consistent with these classifications, is new territory. They named assets. Page 14 lists BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, ADA, DOGE and others as explicitly not securities. The SEC has never done that before. That's very hard to walk back and becomes exhibit A in any future defense. It explicitly supersedes the 2019 staff framework that was the basis for most Gensler-era enforcement actions. The old weapon got replaced. It's designated a "major rule" under the Congressional Review Act, giving it more institutional weight than typical guidance. The caveats are real though. This is interpretation, not legislation. It hasn't been court-tested. A future administration could theoretically shift direction, which is why the Clarity Act still matters to harden this into law. But dismissing this as "just guidance" misses that it's the most specific, jointly-issued regulatory position on crypto asset classification that's ever existed in the US. The path is being drawn.
